Very Good value for money fuss free booking in etc. good breakfast. Did what it said on the tin really, which is something which other hotels often do not. Room did seem a little 'tired', bed very hard, non adjustable heating made room way too hot

Location Small room (double). Shower not cleaned and was blocked making the jet of water like being attacked with needles. I cleaned it myself by simply wiping with floor towel

Good location for the purpose of my visit at a reasonable price. The room was pleasantly decorated, clean and comfortable and I would use it again. On one evening a function on the groundfloor was playing load music until 11.30 which disturbed my sleep.

Parking available at no extra charge, but still near Underground and m1 Motorway going North. Good breakfast, but breakfast area was cold. Outside temp, 9 deg. And damp at 09.hrs. Maybe 18 deg. Inside. One man put his overcoat on to eat breakfast ! Corridors were a little " dingy," my wife says. Not sure this means not enough light, or that it needed painting. She wouldn't say. I didn't notice anything ! She thought room was ok. We were in Annex room 392.

The reception staff were friendly. I was not impressed with the hotel at all. Firstly my room in the annex- across a carpark, the furnishings were average quality, the wall paper had seen better days, the windows were very draughty and one was cracked, the grout in the bathroom was old, the room faced the main road which was very busy and every time heavy traffic went way the build shook! I found it very difficult to relax and sleep.

The location is superb with easy access to Wembley Stadium only three stops down the line. Good shopping area. The hotel it's self was very good with spacious rooms, comfortable and clean beds and the breakfast was worth getting up for. Would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. I was moved twice because of unsatisfactory rooms however this was done with courtesy and efficiently and I was more than satisfied with the outcome. Rennovations going on. Smell of paint everywhere.

It was really close to the tube/train stations. I didn't like that we couldn't enter the other buildings with our room keys. We had family in another building in another room and we couldn't get into their building without them coming all the way down stairs to let us in. It would also have been nice if they would have had a snack/drink machine available.

Oscars bar for the footy and pub food, friendly staff Rooms are very dated, and in need of renovation. Bad smell of damp in the rooms and mould / damp on bathroom ceiling and around bath. Room block to the rear of the better looking front building resembles a block of council flats. TV was broken however someone was sent to fix this within 15 minutes. Not an £85 a night hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful. Although it wasn't a problem for me, the singel room bathroom would have been too small for anyone of a 'large' size! and the stairs were quite narrow and steep.

Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. Had a bar but we didn't have time to use it. Location near town centre was great for local restaurants and access to tube for Wembley and London Centre. Hotel parking was great too. Just the damp bathroom. A bit of heat and ventilation would help keep it dry and looking better.

“Perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. Room was very pleasant at 8th floor, calm and light. Comfortable beds, clean floor carpet and good space. Nice, clean bathroom. Elegant reception area with sofa groups. Enjoyed the breakfast and a good dinner meal at the hotel in the evenings. All hotel staff members we met were professional and very friendly. Thistle Marble Arch a natural choice next time visiting London. ” Liv, Hommersåk |
