Bar The price for the room, you would get a bigger room for less at a travelodge. The bathroom was something out of the 80's. The rooms really need updating. Also got a wake up call at 6.30am which we didn't order!!!! |

Staff were welcoming, helpful and well mannered. The room was clean and ideally located near to Wembley which was the reason for our overnight stay. No - but the room we stayed in looked as though at one time it would have been high spec but now needs modernising and refubishing. |

The hotel facilities were basic and functional - nothing more. I won't be staying there again as I do prefer additional extras. The first room I was taken to was a smokers room, which was tiny, pokey and didn't look very clean. I was then given a room across the car park courtyard, which was spacier and cleaner. |

Suitable location for where I wanted to be. The staff were very efficient and friendly. My room was very clean and had recently had new carpets. Although there was double glazing, the road noise was quite loud. |

It was convenient to my travel plans, i.e. Wembley Stadium on 10th June and then in to Central London on 11th June I was woken up just before 4:00 a.m. by noise in my room. I tried to contact reception via the phone in the room but got no answer .I got out of bed, got dressed and went down to the reception desk. It was unmanned but I could hear snoring coming from the back room. I went in the there to find the night receptionist in a chair with his feet up on another chair sound asleep. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly a young girl in the restaurant. Breakfast on Saturday morning was not good, we got the impression some of it was left over from the day before, the croissants which were delicious on Friday were stale on Saturday. |

I had stayed here previously and been fairly happy, but in the past months the Hotel has in my humble opinion gone downhill. Rooms are poorly equipped and serviced. The restaurant was closed on the night I stayed. Shabby |

staff was friendly and helpful i was biten by an spider in the room. My back was full of spider bites so i stayed just one night instead of 2 nights. The room was poorly refurbished wall paper not on wall properly and there is damp in the room. The room is not worth 55 pounds a night |
