Best Western Cumberland Hotel  

Comfortable room. Good shower facility. Good location near the Underground and restaurants. Liked the free wi-fi service as this is important for us travelers.

Wi-fi wasn't very strong in the room.

Central location to the town

The bar was closed during my stay. Not on really if you advertise a bar it should be open, bank holiday or not. The breakfast I ordered from reception was not delivered so I had to leave without.

Friendly helpful staff.

The hotel had no details of the owners of vehicles parked in their car park. I was blocked in by a van for 45 minutes and the hotel had no idea who it belonged to. What would happen if a vehicle caught fire I do not know. Clearly the check-in proceedure needs tightening up.

Conveniently located no fuss economically priced hotel

No lifts and rather steep narrow staircase for luggage manhandling

My wife aqnd I have always tried to stay at a Best Western ,as we have had good service and very good accomadation ,I,m not sure after staying in the Cumberland we will pick Best Western again

The hotel was very run down,service was very poor ,very little english spoken ,food service was very poor ,room not clean ,our room was a executive shoe box,would not stay in hotel again.

The location is superb with easy access to Wembley Stadium only three stops down the line. Good shopping area. The hotel it's self was very good with spacious rooms, comfortable and clean beds and the breakfast was worth getting up for. Would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. I was moved twice because of unsatisfactory rooms however this was done with courtesy and efficiently and I was more than satisfied with the outcome.

Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. Had a bar but we didn't have time to use it. Location near town centre was great for local restaurants and access to tube for Wembley and London Centre. Hotel parking was great too.

Just the damp bathroom. A bit of heat and ventilation would help keep it dry and looking better.

A party of about 20 of us stay regularly at this hotel and have always received good service and quality food.The fact that we return year after year is testament to what we receive is excellent or else we would not return.

Breakfast was excellent, buffet style but everything you require for full english or continental breakfast.

The internet in the rooms wasn't working when I first arrived. As I was there for work this wasn't very helful. I asked where nearby had WiFi access, none of the staff really understood what WiFi was. One lady at the desk told me to go to the tourist information, which i thought was a bit strange. I was then told to try the library, they too didn't have it. After two hours, the connection finally worked. When I did get into the room they were painting the outside which added nice paint fumes as the window was wide open. And the room was right next to the water pipes which woke me up very early, when people started having showers. All in all not a great night's stay.
