The Cumberland - A Guoman Hotel

Ηταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και αυτό εξυπηρετούσε σε πολλά. Μπορούσες να κινηθείς άνετα και να πάς παντού.

Τα δωμάτια σε σχέση με την κεντρική είσοδο δεν είχαν καμία σχέση, αρκετά μικρά και επίσης οκ ήταν σε όραφο καπνιζόντων και το υποστιριζε απο την στιγμή που ανοιγε η πόρτα του ασανσέρ.

Το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν ήταν κλουβί. Πάρα πολύ μικρό. Ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου. Μας έδωσαν άλλο που ήταν τεράστιο και εξαιρετικό.

Το μικρά δωμάτια να τα δίνουν ως μονόκλινα. Όχι δίκλινα και μάλιστα όταν διαμένεις πολλές ημέρες.

Η τοποθεσία,πολύ κεντρικά,πρόσβαση στο μετρό.

Ο χώρος της υποδοχής είναι πολύ κρύος και ψυχρός.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι τεράστιο και το προσωπικό δέν μπορεί να τα βγάλει πέρα. Μικρά δωμάτια με θέα σε τοίχους!!!

The hotel was modern and clean, felt cosmopolitan and the housekeeping was good. Bathroom lovely

Did not consider our room a superior double room compared to other hotels i have stayed in. Would have been useful to see brasserie prices

Good location for event I was attending. Clean room with ironing board. Easy to get a cab from right outside

Lighting in the room was poor. In particular there was no light just inside the door, where the mirror and hairdryer were

When we were sleeping, some new neighbors entered their room at 2:00 am and there was a connection door between us. They tried to open this connection door and they made a lot of noisy (drank people) (more than 3 person). In addition, they smoked even we were in the non-smoking floor (5th floor) and we smelled the smoke in our room. I called the reception about this matter immediately but unfortunately nothing changes. I stilled woke up from 2:00 till 4:00 am (until they slept). My room number was 5011 and the neighbors' room was 5013.

Excellent location right beside Oxford Street. The basic room was very small so we upgraded to the next size which was a good size. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I would stay again.

Convenience to all main attractions, easy to get to via tube, pleasant and helpful staff. Clean environment

Main advantage is the location of the hotel, which is right at back of marble arch.

For 4 star hotel the hotel staff and comfort was quite poor.

Rooms are too small

The room was Brilliant! Bed was really comfortable, enough space! Bathroom was cleaan and very nice to use. Staff were polite. A great few nights.

The Breakfast was not value for money. Its nice to have Breakfast in bed but really wasn;t worth it. Our card did not work in the door on about 3 occaions, soo had to go up & down the lift 3-4 times to ask the staff to sort this out.
