The hotel was modern and clean, felt cosmopolitan and the housekeeping was good. Bathroom lovely Did not consider our room a superior double room compared to other hotels i have stayed in. Would have been useful to see brasserie prices |

Good location for event I was attending. Clean room with ironing board. Easy to get a cab from right outside Lighting in the room was poor. In particular there was no light just inside the door, where the mirror and hairdryer were |

The cleanliness of the room and hotel and efficient reception staff which was very important The constant knocking on our door by housekeeping. Twice on Monday afternoon and we were woken up again at 8.30 am on Tuesday. I appreciate we could have used the ' do not disturb sign' but they must surely know which rooms are occupied and which are not |

The location When we were sleeping, some new neighbors entered their room at 2:00 am and there was a connection door between us. They tried to open this connection door and they made a lot of noisy (drank people) (more than 3 person). In addition, they smoked even we were in the non-smoking floor (5th floor) and we smelled the smoke in our room. I called the reception about this matter immediately but unfortunately nothing changes. I stilled woke up from 2:00 till 4:00 am (until they slept). My room number was 5011 and the neighbors' room was 5013. |

Excellent location right beside Oxford Street. The basic room was very small so we upgraded to the next size which was a good size. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I would stay again. |

The location. It was central to all the sights I wanted to see The rooms were extremely small, indeed smaller than the last time I stayed. I did not think it was good value for money. |

The location and the rooms was very good! Very slow receptionists....they used 15 minuts on several customers while there was a big line waiting....to bad...Not a good experience to have to pay so much for a poor breakfast, and not nice that the customers have to pay to use the internet in such a nice hotel... |

Main advantage is the location of the hotel, which is right at back of marble arch. For 4 star hotel the hotel staff and comfort was quite poor. |

I thought the hotel was cIean tidy if a bit impersonal. I was slightly shocked when I had to pay £30 for breakfast, when it wasn't clear on the booking that it was not included. So £170 for a fairly small twin room was not quite what I expected |

The room was Brilliant! Bed was really comfortable, enough space! Bathroom was cleaan and very nice to use. Staff were polite. A great few nights. The Breakfast was not value for money. Its nice to have Breakfast in bed but really wasn;t worth it. Our card did not work in the door on about 3 occaions, soo had to go up & down the lift 3-4 times to ask the staff to sort this out. |

The new look of the hotel is really nice and neat, the hotel location is excelent for shopping and the room facilty is good. The closets in the rooms is really small, as for a familly room of 4 persons it didn't fit even half our items. That could be the only comment regarding the room other than that everything is good or even more than good, |

The room was very good, clean and very comfortable beds. Bathroom was also very good and spotless. Good facilities in the room and very quiet air conditioning. I did not like th foyer, very modern and quite stark in an odd way. The receptionist was very direct and efficient when telling us the twin room we had booked was in fact a double when we have specifically asked for a twin room. The manager was called and after explaining the situation he arranged a twin bedded room for us without any fuss at all and saved the day! The very comfortable room made up for any dissatisfaction with the desk reception. The breakfast was incrediably expensive and after reading the online reviews we did not bother to have this. |

good location for visiting London and Oxford Street in particular room was nice but double bed pushed up against a wall! Dreadful queues for breakfast despite 2 restaurants and then the food, although plenty of choice, was not hot enough. Generally not as good as it should be. |
