It was very convenient for the shops, the underground and sightseeing. There was very little noise at night even with the window open, so a good night's rest was possible. For such a large building the signposting to the lifts could have been clearer |

Staff are very friendly and the house sleeping are amazing one of the cleanest hotels ii ever stayed in Two things I didn't like is that they don't have free Internet in the hotel you will have to pay per day or per hour and the second thing they have do different rates with or without breakfast they should have breakfast included for everybody instead of charging extra since the hotel is expensive |

Freedom to come and go as we pleased. Clean towels daily. Late check out. Breakfast, if required should be subsidised for paying guests. Room booked was described as deluxe double but seemed to be standard, nothing particularly special. |

I like Cumberland Hotel. This is the fourth time to saty in Cumberland. Yes the rooms in the old building are not as nice and are not as large as the rooms in the new building. |

the only thing i like about the hotel is the location since it is very close to the hyde-park,oxford street and the underground station. The value of the room is expensive but there is no value and quality copmared to the price. The front desk staff are not friendly and not helpful. The room is not clean;especially the carpet which is dirty and contains black stains. The room is noisy;for example in the early morning i heared the noise of the service equipments.also, i heared the noise of openning and closing of the service doors. The bathroom is small, not comfort to use and has limited tools. |

we visit London twice a year to spend a weekend and found it to be close to all amenities and clean and friendly. The room was lovely. We chose this hotel this time as it came up on budget hotel short stay....The price was reduced.and we got a deluxe room. brilliant. Otherwise we might bot have stayed there as its a bit too expensive for us. We are coming to London this time with friends in November and I will certainly keep my eyes open hoping I will find a bargain again |

the only good thing was the mattress was comfortable only...but it was toooo small. I didnt like how small the rooms are...they are smaller than a bathroom size in any other hotel...the smell of the rooms was very bad....I will never stay there again. |
