Really enjoyed lunch and a drink in the bar - excellent service from the manager, great wine and food. The room was very well equipped and of a high standard. |

The friendliness of the staff; the ability to leave luggage after checking out; the comfort of the room My request for extra towels was not honoured and the pre-authoriastion on my debit card was not cancelled leaveing me short of available funds later in month. I have writtent to the hotel about this! |

i will never stay at the cumberland because they charged me for 2 rooms on the friday 5th june 2009 and i only booked one, it is a disgrace , we booked it for my neice coming from Australia and then we stayed the following two nights |

Bed next to wall whe a bouble bed, as some one getting out of bed during the nigh certainly disturbs the other. For a Guoman Hotel would like a table cloth for breakfast and not buffet style as food is never hot and to a fresh standard. |

Near to the shopping and its location generally Suite had no storage drawers. Room service attitude for supply of crockery (paid for) aggressive and extremely disappointing. |

At the heart of the shopping center with proximity to all main roads. Room very poorly furnished. Power supply off for six hours during my stay with no access to air conditioning, telephone, lifts, tv. etc. |

Location. First room I was given was dirty and phone did not work. Complicated code system for safe.After one night I was upgraded. On the last day of my stay there was no electricity for 6 hours. |
