Location Impersonal. Given smoking room when specifically asked for non-smoking. Did not consider room "deluxe" |

Its location for shopping at Oxford Street and Marble Arch station, besides other attractions in the area. Poor attention was paid to the room. Plumbing was very bad bringing out bad odor to the room and corridor area. The TV did not work properly the first day. The second day it stopped working and was replaced by a small one. |

That it was right in the centre 1) They charge 20GBP per hour for extending the stay from 12:00 until 17:00. 2) During the check in I had to wait approx. 40 minutes in line (crowded). 3) 30 minutes before checking out the cleaning lady opened my room while I was in !!. 4) They did not clean at all the last day (I left at 17:00 in the afternoon). 5) They did not replace coffee/tea packs once these were used. 6) Internet was not free 7) They charge 40 GBP per night for having room with a view... |

after i booked the rooms from the booking.com i went to the hotel.. but when i've arrived there i went to the recepition but the staff said there were no booking for the rooms ... so i've been waiting front of the recepition desk about 45 min then the staff came and said there was just a singel room..instead of the three bed rooms i've booked.. so they just gave me 1 key and they said come after 1 hour to collect the other keys... so what im soppused to do book again in this hotel..!!!!!!! |

The location. The air conditioning was not working and I had to notify the staff several times. In the end they had to put a radiator in the room to keep it warm..The lights in the bathroom not adequate. Not clean..not value for money - other than the location. The last day, they even checked another guest in, without prior checking if i had checked out. |

Location was good. Nice with coffee and tea facilities in the room. The single room was very small. The noise from the ventilation systems in the court yard made it necessary to sleep with ear plugs. I even had a change of rooms, but it still sounded like sleeping in the engine room of a large ship. |

Location an comfort of the hotetl was fantastic but staff at the front desk were not very helpful and quite rude, we got the impression it was because we booked through booking.com and not directly with the hotel |

The front desk staff, M, that checked us in secured a connected room even though the hotel was running close to 100% occupancy. He was very friendly and helpful too. |

The concierge was most helpful with finding theatre tickets for us. Check out time was at noon, however both myself and my friend were unable to get into our rooms when returning from a walk after 11 oclock. Cleaners were inside my room and although my friends room was empty she could not gain access with her key and had to wait for security I explained to the cleaner that I needed to use my room she continued to clean and I was unable to use the facilities. When reporting this problem to the reception staff I felt that they were not really bothered and for this reason I would not stay at the hotel again. |

I liked the location, the proximity to underground station and the hotel lobby. I also liked the room furniture and the bedding. During check in I asked for internet and they told me it is about 15 pounds per day. Then the receptionist told that with 25 pounds I can have an upgrade with view on Hide Park that includes free internet. So for 10 pounds more I could have the Parks view. The room that they gave us had a small window facing a building opposite and from the very side of the window you could see a "slice" of hide park. I went down to the reception and complaint and they gave me another room on the 8th (8089) with the same view as before that I accepted cause it was 11.00 pm and run out of energy. The room was a smoking room, I had asked for a non smoking. The heating was not working, I complaint about it and for 4 days it was never fixed. |

The hotel was modern and clean, felt cosmopolitan and the housekeeping was good. Bathroom lovely Did not consider our room a superior double room compared to other hotels i have stayed in. Would have been useful to see brasserie prices |

Good location for event I was attending. Clean room with ironing board. Easy to get a cab from right outside Lighting in the room was poor. In particular there was no light just inside the door, where the mirror and hairdryer were |

The cleanliness of the room and hotel and efficient reception staff which was very important The constant knocking on our door by housekeeping. Twice on Monday afternoon and we were woken up again at 8.30 am on Tuesday. I appreciate we could have used the ' do not disturb sign' but they must surely know which rooms are occupied and which are not |

The location When we were sleeping, some new neighbors entered their room at 2:00 am and there was a connection door between us. They tried to open this connection door and they made a lot of noisy (drank people) (more than 3 person). In addition, they smoked even we were in the non-smoking floor (5th floor) and we smelled the smoke in our room. I called the reception about this matter immediately but unfortunately nothing changes. I stilled woke up from 2:00 till 4:00 am (until they slept). My room number was 5011 and the neighbors' room was 5013. |
