1.The room during check in after 14.00 PM wasn't ready-They gave us a small room and not the deluxe we have booked-The room coudn't fit the extra bad and finally they change it-We have request a smoking room and you didn't provide one-We had to wait long time during afternnon hours for the elevator-I had to wait in line two times in order to check in and then get the key. |

The loction of the hotel. Crowded, delay check in & v.slow to bring my lagage to my room. also i request non smoking but they give me smoking room because there was no room available at time for chechk in (2:30 PM) |

the location of the hotel was the only reason to my stay the staff were not at their top performance,many air condition problrms and the reception should adapt them self to angry customer but unfortunatly not all of them had a the perfect atitude. |
