Good location, excellent value and courteous staff. Dirty stained bedroom carpets are my pet hate, very difficult for domestics to stay on top of considering colour and material type. |

Location. Room service was rather stingy in providing ample helpings for in-room service, despite written requests. Breakfast order form was missing from the room 3 out of the 7 nights and when requested took cl;ose to 30 minutes for delivery, late in the night. The drain of the bathroom sink continued to be bloocked throughout our stay, despite repeated personal and phone reminders - I simply gave up. |

easy and cheap to upgrade on the spot A double room was far too small! it is the smallest room i have ever seen with the double bed pushed up against the wall so you would have to climb over the other person to get in!! no wardrobe (there is a 6 inch rail) and nowhere to put a suitcase or even a small bag - unless you shoved it in the bathroom! room was so small the plasma tv (nice) was infront of the window - very claustrophobic |

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, big T.V above the bed Room v. Small - overpriced. Stark foyer area - no cosy corners for relaxing although art work impressive |

I requested an extension lead and was informed that a GBP 20 was required. I have never expereinced this before when requesting an extension lead. Additionally, the room was described as a Deluxe Double - I did not find much deluxe about the room. It was difficult to get into the bathroom becasue of the small space and the positioning of the toilet |
