Dom hade glömt bort bokningen så vi stod utan hotelrum, och först efter massor med telefonsamtal och telefax från Er med bokningen så fick vi vårt rum. Inte någon ursäkt trots att vi förlorade 2h !!! |

Location was good. We managed to change our room after speaking to the Front desk manager cos' we were given two single beds (my booking was meant for couple) However the hotel lacked the final details such as shower cap and slippers. Bed was too soft, pillow was too soft as well. |

I feel that breakfast should always be included in the price, especially when staying in a single room...which is already expensive compared to double room. I should have really stayed in double room, price difference was so small... |

I was given the key shown my room and I was left alone. Very quiet and a great get away place brillent and stright foward The systems was down and I was turnd away to rejoin an hour later. |

Location only Internet very expensive,some of the staff do not understand english and if they do ,not very well.This is the UK??check in slow and service very slow.lobby huge but no where to sit and conduct private discussions.people are crammed in small corner making the lobby very noisy due to lack of furniture. |
