The location is fantastic Did not see a smile on Reception staff .. There was that lady from the staff that I think she is rase because I am an Arab.

the location only is the advantage for this hotel. nothing else!!! the full service was very bad and no body is trying to assist. the rooms are so old and need a lot of service.

Location is great and very smarty Room we were given as was next to the lift and kept us up all night Small room Shower was awefull Bathroom was very small Not a great stay this time as I have stayed here many of times

The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were far too soft and low down. On the first night of our arrival, the lock on the door did not work so we had to wait some time for someone to come to repair it. This should have been checked before anyone was given the room.

Fast check-in! I booked a room, and only when I got there was I notified that the room was in the extension building! Was so furious and insisted on a room in the actual hotel since its what I booked for! AC kept making noises at night couldn't sleep well!!

location and view was amazing. staff, especially the concierge staff they was exceptional. good size of the room (mine was executive). many details are below the standart of 4 star hotel, that could't be fixed without rooms gets refurbished, especially the bathrooms. the lefts needs to be accessed by the room's key for more security.
