The location is great. The speed of check-in and check-out although they had a long long que of people. If it wasn't for the location, I wouldn't have chosen it. The staff (especially the concierge) weren't very cooperative. The room is very tiny and not very clean. |

i liked its location- we arrived around 9pm and hotel was fully booked- despite we booked a twin deluxe room they only gave us a king size bedroom at 1st floor which i refused to stay in since my friend is pregnant- at the end the guest relation desk gave us 2 different twin rooms- i really appreciate the effort made from guest relation desk |

Good location. Impressive entrance hall. Booked a 'delux' room, only to be informed that this is what they call their standard rooms. Room was small and basic for the price. |
