都挺好的。就在oxford street上面，走路去selfridge不用5分钟就能到，楼下转个弯就有地铁，门口过条街就是海德公- 园，走路去harrods也用不了多久就能到。整个酒店环境都挺好的，门面比较小，但有进去别有洞天，门口- 进去就有门童帮忙拿行李，自己只要拿个随身包就能去check in，行李过段时间会自动送上门。房间不大，但很干净，床很舒服。

没有free wifi~早餐也有点小贵。其他还行。

Excellent location, facilities and friendly staff. Plus nice spacious & clean room.

The location is ideal. 1 min. To oxford street and 3 min from the marble arch tube station. The area is very safe and clean. You can get anywhere in the city from here. The staff are super friendly knowledgeable and efficient.

The rooms are small in comparison to American standards and are not always ready even at check in time at 3 pm but if you are willing to wait a little longer they will upgrade you to a larger room in most cases. It was a worthwhile wait in our case.

Excellent location and facilities. The hotel provide us with a cot for our child free of charge and also provide us with electric heater when asked as the room was quite cold. Quick check out, friendly staff, and two minutes walk away from the Hyde park.

Comfortable modern hotel, well located close to marble arch tube station. Was close to my business meeting location but is also very handy for shops on Oxford street.

The noise! There was a constant rumble from something lifts? Or air conditioning or something, which was a bit of a pain. Otherwise my stay was fine.

First of all was when we do the check, two members of my family told me that about the scenario they always do with the customers when you check inn .and it happened to me : They gave me the worst room in the hotel and advise me to get a better one but with extra fees. I refused to pay any extra money, but i had to change 3 rooms to get a reasonable one. Also, at the check-out my flight was at 9;00 pm the refused to give me one extra hour so I had to leave the hotel at 12;30 pm.
