Excellent location smack in the heart of London. Rooms were very large and spacious and allowed you to think you had a home to come back to. |

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and reasonable cost. I occupied two rooms during my stay. They were both in need of renovation. All furniture etc in these appeared of the cheapest domestic quality. In one the shower sprayed all over the bathroom the vertical bar on which the shower head should have moved up and down was damaged and the head inmoveable And the wall of the bath itself of the cheapest plastic and badly damaged. The china, cutlery and kitchen implements were of poor quality and insufficient. I imal |

Location Windows are not soundproof or even airtight and with a busy traffic nearly all night, you're feeling like sleeping in the middle of the street. |

They are advertising these as luxury apartments - well, they were such, but just some 20 years ago...:)). However the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is very central. Despite other comments that describe cockroaches in the rooms we did not meet any there, so do not be affraid :) Quite noisy during night, but you can not expect anything else in such a central location. |

Good location, near Green Park, Hyde Park, Piccadilly etc. Very good neighborhood. The staff where very friendly and helpful. All methods of transport located within a short distance of the accommodation. The size of the room was very good. Bathroom needs reconstruction. At winter must be very cold because of the old windows. The bed was uncomfortable and seemed to be broken. |

Good location - near Tube, Green Park, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly etc. Hotel staff hadn`t informed me about extra 40 pounds were blocked on my account as a deposit, so, now I have to wait for 30 days for unblocking. Also first they gave me double room, although I had booked twin. But when I expressed my displeasure they substitute it for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms appartments without any extra pay. |

the staff where very friendly and helpful the rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The bed was very uncomfortable and seemed to be broken. The floor boards in the bedroom where damaged. The room i had was supposed to be 320 pounds a night - no way is it worth this! i only paid 56 with yourselves so couldnt really complain. This is what it is really worth. |

Convenient location. Though the room allocated was absolutely not up to the expectation, the staff were helpful. I was allocated a room on the first floor and it was just like sleeping in the street. With no A/C available and the only option to get clean air was to open the window, I could hardly go to sleep for the whole night. However, I complained to the staff and was allocated on the high floor upon my subsequent return and it was great. |

The location is very good and convenience to travel around. The hotel staffs are very friendly. The window in bedroom was broken; therefore it was noisy at night. However, the staff had fixed it on the third night. |
