The room was comfortable and adequate for an overnight stay. Staff in the morning (7am) were not fully dressed in uniform and quite offhand. |

Excellent loction, easy access to DLR. Was going to a concert at the O2 Arena and was very handily placed for that. Good value for money for a one or two night break. Lack of luggage storage in room. Washbasin in main bedroom area is a disadvantage if sharing with someone who is not a partner. Shower room only, not usually a problem, but very small space especially if changing in shower room if privacy needed. |

The rooms are very small with little room for luggage. This is ok if you only have an overnight bag. Location for Excel and O2 excellent Docklands Light Railway is opposite. Its a basic hotel, clean with friendly staff. The toilet and bathrooms are pods, very small and with no ventilation can become smelly. |

I liked the proximity to the train station and the chinese restaurant which was on site. I did not like the bathroom facilities, very odd, it was like entering separate pods - unusual |

Very easy access to the 02. Easy access to London for business or pleasure. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Great pub/resturant on site. Highly reccomended. No. All very good. |

The room had not been cleaned properly. There was a used sanitary towel in the bin from the previous guest. Also my debit card was debited twice for the stay. I pointed this out to staff who refused to acknowledge this and had to speak with the manager to have the problem resolved. |
