The room was comfortable and adequate for an overnight stay. Staff in the morning (7am) were not fully dressed in uniform and quite offhand. |

I liked the proximity to the train station and the chinese restaurant which was on site. I did not like the bathroom facilities, very odd, it was like entering separate pods - unusual |

The room had not been cleaned properly. There was a used sanitary towel in the bin from the previous guest. Also my debit card was debited twice for the stay. I pointed this out to staff who refused to acknowledge this and had to speak with the manager to have the problem resolved. |

Location ideal for the Excel centre Room was tiny, paper-thin 'walls' meant there was far too much noise from other guests, decor was completely depressing and outdated, and toilet/bathroom facilities were very sub-standard, with an exceptionally loud extractor fan. |

The bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Price was good. The first room we had the TV was broken, so once we'd unpacked and showered we then had to be moved. Safes in all rooms did not work. On return to hotel at end of evening bought some very over priced bottles of water in bar/cafe and they did not have any change so they cot us even more!! £5 for two small bottles. didn't have breakfast, but it seemed very expensive. |

Hotel was right next to the tube station,staff were excellent rooms clean bar served good food would stay here again if in the area.Ideal for anybody with a early morning flight from London City Airport |
