The hotel was very clean and comfortable with the reasonable price. It was very easy to find the place, because it was just opposite to the station. The bathroo in the room was very clean. |

The hotel was very clean and well maintained and very comfortable.And very close to rail links. The only thing I did not like and it is only a small thing was the porto loo style type toilets and showers in the room I feel that the hotel owners did not give enough thought to this side.However top marks to the Housekeepers team for their high standards... |

it's located in a really poor area of London, we were told by the taxi driver that the area is really rough and not to go into any of the pubs in the area. The rooms are like prison cells - the sink is in the corner of the room. |

Easy access to the DLR, the best breakfast, air conditioned room, and the staff were very helping. The layout of the hotel was superb too. Very small things. The amount of pillows in a room were insufficient. And it was a shame that all dining areas closed around the same time, making it hard to find a place to eat around 3-5pm. |

I liked the air con in my room otherwise I would have had very sleepless nights and I also enjoyed the food at the pub/kitchen next door and the food from the chinese restaurant was superb. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. |
