The bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Price was good. The first room we had the TV was broken, so once we'd unpacked and showered we then had to be moved. Safes in all rooms did not work. On return to hotel at end of evening bought some very over priced bottles of water in bar/cafe and they did not have any change so they cot us even more!! £5 for two small bottles. didn't have breakfast, but it seemed very expensive. |

The onsite facilities such as the bar, chinese restaurant adn bistro Fresh towels very day. To help save the planet and be eco-friendly, towels do not need to be changed daily. The location was excellent for the O2 arena but the area could benefit from further regeneration |

1) LCY airport only a 10 minutes taxi ride (6gbp) 2)LDR railway immediately across the road, 20 metres, for easy access to central london 3)O2 Arena is only 2 stops on LDR followed by 1 stop on Jubilee line taking just 10-15minutes 4)LDR/Jubilee to Centtral London (Bond Street ) only 30 minutes |

Particularly good and friendly service from the waitress in the café - reception staff were also helpful Room was adequate but rather utilitarian - no character. Also, no outside noise but very aware of other guests |

The friendly breakfast manager The TV and shower weren't functioning properly. The hotel first aid kit had no bandages and the reception staff were completely disinterested in helping with an emergency burn. |

I liked that it was close to the O2 arena as we were going there to watch a concert and it was also very handy for the railway which had a stop just outside the hotel. |

Staff very efficient and helpful, Room very clean. Nice design in places. In the dark, the streets surrounding the hotel were at times, scary/intimidating people etc. Would not stay there alone as a young woman. |

Good location, easy to find and secure parking. Excellent access to dlr station adjacent, and excel. En suite facilities rather small, especially shower "pod". Breakfast room layout doesn't lend itself to comfortable experience when busy - too many people moving around constantly. Staff clearing our table before we had finished eating. |
