Lovely location opposite a lovely park but right in Belcoo friendly staff though I thought they were a bit stretched .
I am 60 so I prefer a harder mattress and less clutter in the room but the experience was fine and lucky to have such a nice place in such a small town.
We loved our weekend in the custom house. The food for breakfast , lunch and dinner were fab!! The staff were so friendly and accomodating. We will def be back
I liked everything about it, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. There was a good buzz about the place and there is plenty to do in the area
Poor wi fi 2 singles pushed together
Beautiful room and a great breakfast.
I thought the staff were very nice and polite, and the bedroom very comfortable.
I thought the food was quite expensive, and drinks were also expensive, on the whole I felt this hotel was very over rated.
Beautiful room, excellent food and wine, very competitively priced. Very well looked after by the staff. Would be happy to stay here again.
Boutique bathroom looked great but wasn't very practical.
The decor, the size of the room and the general comfort level
The bathroom needs more thought in terms of shelving around the wash basin and the overall storage for toiletries. The breakfast (juice, fruit, cereal, etc) was rather basic.
We liked the general casual atmosphere ,relaxed.all with good service.the staff are friendly with good service and a smile.
I loved the décor, the location, the staff, the food, the experience.
the bar closed at 11pm.
Great location for dining at Macnean house across the bridge Huge comfy bed
Room was hot Loads of flies greeted us at reception Breakfast wasn't great, only got the option of a fry up seems under staffed, long waits for staff Wifi didn't work
Lovely friendly staff. Excellent meals beautifully presented. Would certainly go back. Eileen. Bangor Co Down.
We had a very enjoyable stay here. Room was lovely, staff very friendly. The food was excellent in their restaurant. Worth staying here if in this area.
Not a lot we didn't like.
Food excellent Breakfasts excellent and the Home made bread 'to die for'. The olde Irish atmosphere of The area.
Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good food.
No hairdryer found in room
The area was lovely. Locals and staff were very friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful and we will be staying again in the future.
The room was a bit stuffy and wifi didn't really work.
Great location in a quiet village on the Irish border. Nice clean hotel with excellent customer service. And breakfast was a winner. Highly recommend.
nothing not to like
Size of room excellent. Bed absolutely huge. Food very good indeed.
Shower head very difficult to operate. Also ventilation rather tricky with front windows on to road giving insufficient through draught on warm evenings. Lighter weight duvet would have been appropriate.
Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was decent and we had two dinners. Meals good value and tasty.
Wifi coverage a bit limited.
Our room was a lovely suite, beautifully decorated and gorgeous modern bathroom with a separate toilet. The breakfast each morning was very tasty and great selection, food in the restaurant was excellent and great value for money, also the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again :)
The WiFi didn't really work.
Excellent accommodation, professional, efficient and extremely friendly service from all staff. Breakfast is excellent with great choice.
We felt that 90 pounds sterling was expensive for bed and breakfast. Our room (no.3) was sold as a luxury room however it was extremely small and looked out onto another roof. The room was extremely hot with no chance of a breeze as a roof blocked everything.
Private parking is not private-its public on street parking. We were not informed about the wi-fi (seemed to be BT Open hub which requires payment, not free as advertised)nor asked if we wanted to make a reservation for dinner when we arrived.
Loved Laura Ashley room. So luxiourious.
Coffee at breakfast wasn't great
Food was excellent and rooms were very comfortable
