My husband and I booked a suite (room 8). Nicely decorated and comfortable. We were very impressed.The staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and home made bread still warm from the oven. A fantastic place to stay.We will certainly be back again and will highly recommend to friends and family. Try their carvery. It's delicious. Can't fault this place at all. Top marks!!

Lovely hotel, good staff and excellent food!

The only negative thing was there was no entertainment on at the hotel in the evenings and there wasnt many pubs nearby.

From the moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome. The staff were great nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is small and intimate, as is the restaurant. The food was really good we ate there both nights. We were in the Laura Ashley suite which was lovely and very comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. We had a very relaxing weekend. Would def recommend thus hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Spacious room & bath, comfortable bed, elevator access, easy access to MacNean's in Blacklion, good restaurant, easy to find, staff also works bar & restaurant, but very pleasant.

Breakfast was good, but on our second day there appeared to be a staffing shortage & the front desk/bar/restaurant staff were doubling also in the breakfast room - items were resupplied if asked, but service was a little slow. They did their best, can't really complain.

Food was incredible. Evening meal was gorgeous - they clearly have an excellent chef. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and tried their best to help.

Reception is disappointing. Arrived approximately 6.30pm on Sunday evening. Reception not manned but there was an instruction to check in at the bar (!). Room was disappointing. £90 rate, smallish (two single beds pushed together to make a large double) with an uninspiring view over a roof. Had to ask for a telephone to be put in the room. Wifi didn't work in the bedrooms either, apparently there was a technical problem that they couldn't fix.Bedroom was incredibly and uncomfortably hot, despite a window being opened (although was uncomfortable about open window as access could be gained via roof). Very long wait for food in the restaurant - was just about to give up when it arrived. Was pleased we'd waited as the food was extremely good. Would love to eat there again.

This was a little gem and quite luxurious. The rooms were very well appointed with everything catered for. The staff were pleasant and the food was great. The choice of wines was excellent too. All in all somewhere we would recommend to friends and family.

Our room was beautifully furnished. We ate in the Inn both on the evening of our stay and for breakfast the following morning. Both meals were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful - we arrived by bicycle and they provided us with a secure location in which to store our bikes. Free WiFi worked very well. We would definitely recommend the Inn to our friends.

Customs House Country Inn was a lovely little place to stay. We booked and a suite and were not disappointed by the size of the room or bed and all very comfy. If you are looking for lots to do and lots of places to party this is not the place for you but if you just want to do nothing but relax and enjoy nice quality food then give it a go.

Internet connection was not possible and they could do with some music channels on tv's or a radio of some sort in the rooms.

The damp on the wall in the bathroom and the damp smell when we opened the door of the bathroom.

Nice family feel, good breakfast, friendly staff,centrally situated on Main St and quiet location.

The food was very good and the staff were excellent. I felt very welcome and really enjoyed my stay there. The room decor was also lovely!

Rooms were fab we were in one of the suites it was gorgeous worth the money!!! Food was fabulous had 4 course meal was amazing!!! Highly recommend it!!!
