All Of It!!!!!
The view from room Comfy beds How close to the city centre The authentic feel to hotel
The king size, was two singles pushed together Because we were so high up wifi was poor lift controls were loud through the night
The breakfast was fresh and tasty
Stood waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come to the Reception to check us in, the hotel isn't like the other Best Westerns I've stayed in before. It was quite small, most of the paint work was black and grubby. The mattress was awful, I've never had such a bad sleep in my whole life. Spoilt our night away as the next day we had planned to go for a spa day but we were so tired we kept bickering (myself, my mum & sister) and falling asleep rather then having girly chats.
Room was badly laid out. Bed was between 2 walls, so uncomfortably short for anyone (like myself) over 6 ft. hotel backs onto noisy lane. got woken several times by drunks and municipal workers emptying bins. TV on light far too bright - had to switch off at wall.
location was great as it was in the centre
Very early sunday morning, the wagons outside made a real noise as they unloaded into the shops right outside the hotel. We were in the first room and the toilet windows were right next to the street. It felt really exposed.
everything except wifi
WiFi does not work
Very convenient to Ponds Forge and centre of Sheffield for shopping
Having to park in NCP car park
you cant sleep night time its too loud
At a wedding in the Crucible , so, very convenient ...... 3 minute walk ! Good curtains which kept the room very dark ! Excellent breakfast !
No problems at all .
Paid for a double but given two joined up twin bed Place looks out dated and claustrophobic surprisingly for an upgraded suite Has a policy of no outside food. Intent on hotel customer to use their own restaurant services.
we came to see my brother for his 70th b'day,we took him to the restaurant in the hotel and really enjoyed our evening. we found all the staff friendly and our stay was enjoyable.
good size and quality bath towel
noise outside bedroom disturbed sleep from noise in street (Saturday night)
The room was comfortable. Everything in the room was clean. Left us with plenty of tea and coffe also biscuits. Staff was helpful even though one told me the wrong information.
The window was open when we got there and there was no way of closing it as they are very high windows. Miss told information about the payment, used my card when I got there to authorise. Then noticed the amount had left my bank. I checked with one receptionist who said it comes out and then goes back in (I thought this was odd as I was only staying for 2 nights and it was still out of the bank the day before I checked out). I then checked with another receptionist the night before checking out and she got the manger and he advised it is taken to an holding account (none of us can spend it that way) and when we check out it would then go to them.
The staff and the lady(Indian origin at the reception)
Entrance-the first appreance is not very attractive
In the city centre The service was excellent
Noise from building works opposite Access to the hotel not good
Comfortable rooms I was moved to a different room because of the window problem
Single room was not prepared properly. Because the weather had been hot, it was important to have had good ventilation. The windows had not been checked and could not be opened by hotel staff member.
Big room and nice breakfast
Very good location for O2 academy Great restaurant and bar
I was rudely awakened by terrible building noise outside the hotel . Of course no fault of the hotel bur there seems to be a lot of building work going put there
Great location and friendly, helpful staff
Noisy at night Internet was useless - had to buy a mobile device!
Location staff friendliness
Telly didn't work room was pokey
