Nice, clean, perfect location.

Can't open windows. Even though - could hear everything through the night - traffic, rubbish bin collectors, people talking at street...

Handy for central Sheffield. Attractive entrance. Friendly staff.

Noisy street cleaning lorries at 5 A.M. three mornigs.

Tricked into booking before it was revealed they had no parking

The location was great .

The lift was out of order and we was staying on the top floor. There was also a bad smell which seemed to b coming up from the drains in the bathroom . Other than this there was no problem .

The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive.

City centre location. Really good value for money. Very clean, modern room with lovely bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. An ideal choice if you want a value-for-money hotel in town.

Lack of parking, but it's made up for by a healthy discount through the hotel (24hr secure parking for £6.50 as opposed to £16).

Have stayed there many times before and have always been greeted well and looked after properly.

Every time I stay there is always one item that needs attention but that does not deter me from returning as it is always quickly attended to.

Clean, cheap

The only downside was noise from the alley - apparently two nights in a row, a group of youths gathered on the steps of the opposite building and they were laughing loudly. Next time I book there, I will ask for a room on the inner part. Apart from this, everything was fine.

This is a very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff

arriving late a night finding the hotel involved walking down some dark streets and back alleys which was less than comfortable. Once there it is possible to navigate through the better lit parts of town.

Location brilliant. It is off a little alley way but easy enough to find. Nice enough staff Great value room. I was lucky enough to get upgraded though.

I was there on a freakish hot day so the room was a little warm and loud outside with windows open. But I don't think most people need to be worried about that reoccurring in Sheffield! I chose the place becuase of free wifi. They had a lot of problems with wifi in the lobby. It is best to get a room on the 4th floor, as it has a separate wifi to the lobby.

Staff were friendly and helpful - Excellent to have a dvd player in the room, as i'm usually on business trips by myself, sometimes they don't work well but a replacement was brought to my room and set up when I rang reception about the matter - Right in the city centre of Sheffield, near the Crucible and Winter Gardens - Good rates on parking with nearby ncp

The entrance to the hotel is down a dingy side street. There were a couple of problems...dvd player not working, internet slow but these were both quickly and well dealt with, so no real complaint about that.

Convenience of central city location with ease of access to central facilities and public transport

There was no wine list in the restaurant and a limited selection in the bar however one of the staff told me that there was an extensive selection in store but that it was not advertised.
