Trevligt hotell och kanonläge. Rent och fräscht, städning varje dag. Nära till sevärdheter och restauranger.

En liten klagan, när man satte på kallvattenkranen lät det som någon borrade. Detta hördes även från andra rum.

central location, friendly staff, quality rooms, huge bed.

bath taps didn't work. had to ask to move room. next room and entire floor v noisy- drunk etc most of the night. staff didn't want feedback on the room on checkout

I like the clean room and big bed I've stayed. Nice location for shopping and travel.

A good hotel, value for money. Lifts are old, so very slow. Fourth floor was full of their kitchen smell.. Otherwise it was a nice hotel, had good time

Convenient temporary parking for unpacking. Nearby hotel parking. Tv sound piped to the bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Carpet looked grubby. Window handles too high. Bed too big for room size. Parking is only cost effective if you do not use your car!? No option to turn tv sound in bathroom off. Shower difficult to set temperature and could not operate bath taps. Hot water too hot.

The service by maintenance staff was prompt and we were immediately transferred to a different room.

Unfortunately the smell coming from the bath plug was unpleasant. The smell was noticeable in the corridor.

The breakfast was good and the location was good

There was no hot water in our room and when it did come out of tap it was brown so could not have a bath or shower for the duration of our stay when we told staff they were not very forthcoming in rectifying problem paid by debit card on checking so couldn't with hold payment otherwise would have . On checking out asked for manager and told they were not available so was told he or she would contact me to discuss this so left my details and still no reply and wouldn't hold my breath for one. As a result I want refund because of these problems and have been trying to contact Best Western about this to no avail. Seeking further advice from Citizens advice as feel very disappointed and cheated. The whole experience ruined a birthday break for my partner and would not recommend this hotel to anyone !!!!

Rooms were very comfortable and clean and well-appointed.

Lack of on-site parking.

Everything worked very well from the online booking, to check in and checking out. I was very happy about the cost which was overall the best deal. The free WiFi was the deal maker along with the reduced car parking fee. Perhaps more could he made if that on the website. The room was great. The bed was comfy and the pillows were wonderful. The bed was huge. Everything was there that I needed. Clear and tidy.

The website did not mention the times for breakfast. As I had a 7:15am train, I was not able to have breakfast. Didn't know until I arrived that serving was from 7am!

I liked the fact that the staff listened and did everything they could to make or stay comfortable , they moved us upon request to a quieter area of the hotel . It was a special snooker championship weekend which meant there were many loud people in the hotel getting into the tournament.

Breakfast was a little difficult , it was a very busy weekend and there were only two staff at breakfast trying to please a large party in a small dining area.

Overall and excellent place to stay if needing a central location in Sheffield

E-Suite had an very unpleasant smell that crept into the bedroom during the night. Would not have stayed in this room 207 a second night if staying longer

Room too hot windows did not open more than a couple of inches, no aircon

The cleanliness of the rooms

Eggs were not free range and the breakfast waitress was disintersted in ordainary folk

Receptionist was eventually very accommodating of my request to change rooms. Both rooms were nicely decorated with good hospitality trays. Great to be able to order breakfast on room service.

My original room was next to the main door in my corridor and next to the stairs, which made it very noisy.

The room was massive and spacious. Very clean and tide. The staff were very Welcoming and friendly always willing to help. The rooms are very fairly priced. Would recommend.

The staff were friendly and the decor and furniture was good.

My shower/bath/sink water was hot only once, otherwise tepid and in one case cold. Tv was poor. I was offered another room, and moved, but the water was hot only twice, I had no bath, the towel radiator was cold in this room. The Tv was worse, power sockets did not work, one of my cups had not been cleaned. So after having packed/unpacked I was worse off. Twice my alarm call did was forgotten.. The menu is far too limited. There is only one lift which mostly took too long to arrive. There was a lot of noise from the alley, E.G. What sounded like rubbish collection but went on for half an hour, very early in the morning.
