Best Western Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel & Spa  

Nice location, relaxing.

Hotel looking a little tired, staff were very helpful, however there appeared to be a shortgate of staff particularly at breakfast time and evening meal when it appreared to left to one member of staff to deal with all the diners.

We went to a family Wedding thereand we were all well taken care of the rooms were excelent a good size and really clean. The Breakfast was not as good as we would have expected but there was plenty of choice.

I booked a double room but when arrived at the hotel it turned out to be just a single. The wardrobe was broken and tv mounted very high on the wall and impossible to watch when lying in a bed. The room was very scruffy, glad had to stay there only one night. Never come back again!

Spa was very disappointing with col hot tub and steam room out of order.pool was cold and room dark and very uninspiring.the hotel was lovely but very disappointed with spa facilities and would now look elsewhere.dining room is cold-I sat opposite open main door and was chilly throughout mymeal although waitress tied to help by closing corridor door a littlE.buffet breakfast was not well presented-no butter cold hot food little choice.we used to come here 10 years ago and loved the hotel. I feel that it is not luxurious any more-adequate but didn't go home feeling wow!can't wait to go there again. Also room cold on arrival and had to ask for heating to be put on. Plus side were that all staff were exceptionally pleasant a d helpful and a credit to your company

We really liked the atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were so helpful. The 3 dinners that we had were excellent for a large hotel and the breakfasts were varied and interesting. I loved the massage and the swim that i had during my stay. Beautiful pool area with jacuzzi and sauna.

The only problem that we had was the light in the rooms whicg was so low during the day and even when the lights were on, we were unable to read. The bar was the same and we saw people trying to do business with very poor light. Perhaps we could suggest a few standard lights/table lights in the rooms so that we could read the papers. Otherwise it was a great stay and thank you. Can recommend this for a great rest.

Attractive grounds, friendly & courteous staff,spacious accomodation, good sized swimming pool but rather warm for adult swimming.

No dressing table at which to sit to do makeup and use hair drier, no paper towels or cloth with which to wipe the surface in the kitchen after making a drink, hot water took an age to reach the shower and the paintwork was in a poor state, not as "superior" as we hoped.

Total let down

The hotel is in a stunning location in beautiful grounds and the staff really looked after us and our room was newly decorated and huge! The meal we had in the evening was out of this world with local produce on the menu and the breakfast to die for. The swimming pool and spa facilities just made the stay extra special.

Close to parental home, easy to see parents and visiting family from Australia. Enjoyable visit to the spa (parents are members) and 3 lovely evenings, having dinner with friends and family. Thank you.
