The staff were friendly and attended to all my requests promptly. The rooms were comfortable with tea-making facilities and available internet access. My room was above the bar area and you could hear bar stools being moved on the hard floors which was annoying up to 2 am on one particular night. |

The staff couldn't do enough for you and there was always someone there to help. It was lovely to watch the horses showjumping whilst we were eating our breakfast. The views from our room were fabulous. Not a thing!!! |

The convenience for the port at Holyhead. We were disappointed by the welcome which we did NOT receive from the receptionist - that rather put us off, I'm afraid. |

We thought the ambience and atmosphere were fantastic. The owners have created a gem of a hotel set on the island of Anglesey. They are very aware of the needs of thier clients and locals who also dine in the restaurant or use the facilities. This was our second visit and won't be the last. The evening meal menu was excellent with a wide choice and very well cooked food. |

Very clean and modern rooms.Friendly staff. Good location but a little isolated. The lighting in the bar in the evening was too bright and there was no background music to set the atmosphere - instead there was a tv which nobody was watching. Suggest swapping the tv in the bar for some music and lowering the lighting. |

Our room was extremely clean and spacious. We found the reception staff on the night that we checked in to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty, with a really good selection. Great stop off on way to ferry in Holyhead. |

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The views are stunning and the rooms are large and very light. All the food we had was excellent. The restaurant was very full on the Friday but uncomfortably full on the Saturday as there was a party on. We would have liked a nice romantic meal but there was too much noise and children running about. I am not trying to be negative here as it just shows how popular the restaurant is as most of the diners did not seem to be guests at the hotel. Maybe it would be good if there was a sectioned off quieter area for couples. |

Hotel was modern and rooms were comfortable. Restaurant was good value and staff were helpful. View (and smell) of the equestrian centre was not great. Lots of noise from the bar/restaurant area late in the evening. |

The food was very good. The service was appalling, the staff were not organised. Although they did apologies they didn't seam to be able to get it together! Also, our room was like staying in a goldfish bowl. We had to keep the blinds downs most of the time. |
