Hotel entrance is too dark! The capacity restaurant is too small, and you'd better book your table to be sure having your diner!

The meal that we paid separately was outstanding.

The bed in room 316 was the worst I have ever experienced!! It has left my husband and I with sore backs. I woke hourly thru the night with the uncomfort. I will never be staying in the hotel again.

Very nice hotel experience for a small price and the room was very well equipped with tea and coffee handmade cookies as well as spare towels hairdryer and free wifi.

I love how the dakota looks it is a beautiful hotel especially the lounge reception and dining area the staff are always lovely and helpful especially tge receptionist that was on when i arrived at the hotel i think it is really good for business occassions.

There isnt much to do exept go for dinner and vreakfast unless you get a taxi into town. The room i was jn this time wasnt the same standard as it was the previous times i hv stayed over a year ago the carpet looked used and neede renewed the shower had a little mould and flooded the full bathroom

The room next door to me had the tv on full blast the whole night and when I arrived the man in front was charged £69 and I was charged £79

I have recently been diagnosed with Coeliac disease and have to follow a strict gluten/wheat free diet. The reception and restaurant staff were brilliant and helped as much as they could.

The seating in the restaurant is very close together. It makes me very uncomfortable sitting so close to a couple having a conversation.

The hotel is excellent with one exception. The materice on the bed was of a very low quality, why cut corners on such an important facility.

I like the whole Ambiance of the Hotel, just a nice hotel.

Check out at 11 although its normal for most hotels.Would have liked a little later. Breakfast could be later on a Sunday Morning. Most people I know don't get up till late and get breakfast later :).

Lovely staff. Nice clean rooms. Excellent service all round.

Checking out was a little slow but they were very busy. Another staff member would have helped.

Try to charge my dinner twice. One person appear in my room during the night..wrong room. Not the cleanest.durst and hair in the shower.
