The rooms were spacious and very stylish. The beds were firm but comfortable. The restaurant and bar were tasty but a bit pricey.
The shower door didn't have a proper seal so a lot of water leaked onto the floor.
Whole stay was superb, will be back, couldn't fault any if it.
Location and helpfulness and breezy nature of all staff
Food quite expensive and interior felt dark and not airy
Modern, clean room with ambient feeling throughout hotel and very nice friendly professional staff.
Bed was a bit noisey to sit on before we even started enjoying ourselves
Been twice now & the food is always excellent rooms are very clean & comfortable nice decor would definitely recommend!
The view from my room window
Good room decor and nice bathroom. Good shower. Comfortable bed.
Very difficult to go to other restaurants due to the location on only a motorway access road - long drive to eat - as the restaurant was booked until 9.15pm. No breakfast in the deal.
Rooms were well designed Beanbag a bonus Sky Sports in the room Excellent breakfast facilities
No coffee/ te in room No pen/ paper in room No info on hotel facilities in room No info on surrounding area in room
Fabulous hotel wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was, everything about it was amazing, highly recommend.
Only thing I didn't really like was the one wifi code you get which isn't good for a couple who both have internet on the phone etc...
Just of the moter way
Good location for visiting Glasgow & Central Scotland. Room excellent and free wifi is pretty fast.
Breakfast service a little slow and food & drinks needed replenished if you were later down for breakfast.
I enjoyed every moment of my stay
Nothing, it was perfect
Very comfortable, easy bus links to City Centres 2 mins from Hotel. Large free parking area. Nice bar and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.
Public rooms quite dark but that is probably the trend now. Did not affect our stay.
The staff and the local transport.
I reported this and nobody from the hotel or group has even acknowledged. Our room was on the first floor with a flat roof immediately outside the window. All through the night an extractor fan with what sounded like a defective bearing would automatically start up for a few minutes then cut out. This went on throughout the night. We didn't ask to change rooms during the night because we had already been informed that the hotel was full because of the Commonwealth Games. The lack of sleep impacted on our ability to enjoy a long awaited visit for the games.
Very dark in public areas, long wait for a table at dinner, noise from adjacent motorway intrudes into the rooms
Extremely clean room. Tasty cookies on arrival. Very modern. Very spacious. Comfortable beds.
everything apart from toast !!
one sided almost toasted toast
High speed internet Hotel decor Restaurant- lunch and dinner were fab
Lack of movie channels. Cooked breakfast wasn't particularly special for the price.
Room decor/comfort/facilities Excellent restaurant
Crazy drinks prices
The room was great, very cleverly worked out, everything we needed. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable
A little dark at entrance
Styling very similar to Aviator although not quite as luxurious, lovely sized rooms and beds, lovely styling in the bathrooms. Sound proofed windows so little noise heard from the main roads below. Convenient location. Lots of parking. Clean, level approach to the Hotel but you arent sure it IS the Hotel until you go inside, it looks like one of the other office blocks.
Whilst convenient, the location is not attractive, but is on the edge of a business estate. It is quite a way from anything else so if you dont eat at their restaurant, which is a bit pricey, then anywhere else is 10 minutes drive away. Very dark in the public areas!!!
Rooms were spacious. Showere were great. Complimentary cookies. Just off the m8 very handy to Glasgow or Edinburgh
Very dark interior and moody... Or depressive. Had to use the light on my phone to be able to sign in. The breakfast choice was disappointing. The service was extremely slow and the breakfast staff were not attentive. That said when it finally did come it was excellent as breakfast should not take almost an hour though.
Because we were contractors we got the feeling we weren't really accepted there, not good enough to stay in a hotel like that.
