Everything = food was excellent although room service was expensive.

thought hotel lovely. Very clean, just what you need for a short stay. Staff excellent, and could not fault the room. Sitting area very comfortable.

Just a little out of the way, as you need a car to get to this hotel, this would not cause a problem. Food however very pricy, we had a snack, a beefburger at £11.00 and a toasted sandwich at £8.50 both with small fries. Very small amount of food for the price.

The hotel looked very new, and was designed with comfort and modern style in mind. The dinner was of a very good quality, and I would definitely use another Holiday Inn if it was to this standard. The stay was pretty much perfect.

The staff were very polite but were not so attentive with service. I got the impression that this was a fairly new hotel and that the staff were not trained fully; as it took promting to be served at dinner and breakfast, however, when served the staff were extremely polite. Also, there were no drinks menus at the bar, and the bar staff did not seem very confisent with the cocktails ordered. The menu's in general could have been to a better standard to fit in with the hotel; a few were up-side- down inside and had been cut out badl; but this was only a small cosmetic observation.

Since changing to a Holiday Inn from the Dakota, most of the touches that made the Dakota so enjoyable and stylish have been retained. Well designed and rooms are excellent, restaurant remains top notch. Magnificent for the price.

A few of the Dakota touches have disappeared - small things but as I stayed here a few times under the old branding I notice. I'm sure other guests on a first time visit would not! So, the bar no longer offers its magnificent cocktails, quite why when all the wherewithal to make them is still displayed behind the bar is anyone's guess. Bring them back Holiday Inn people - we spent less time in the bar as a consequence! In room television channels seem to have reduced and I missed the hand cooked breakfast of yore, now a pretty standard (but still nice!) buffet arrangement.

El hotel enrealidad está en la zona de la Ciudad de Mansfield, es lo mejor en esa zona. Muy buen edificio, amplio, moderno y parking gratis. Cobran el Internet, que me parece no se debería cobrar en nuingún hotel, ya que su costo es insignificante para los hoteles. Las habitaciones son buenas, pero les falta un guardarropa, y además son un poco oscuras, lo que las hace un tanto peligrosas a los golpes en las piernas con las puntas de la cama , que es mas grande que el colchón, y lo mismo hay un escalón muy grande en desnivel dentro del baño, y con el piso mojado se patina y resultan muy peligrosos.Hay que moverse con algún cuidado, pero las habitaciones son cómodas y el baño esta bien, salvo ese problema del escalón. El hotel está a 15 minutos del centro de Mansfield. Bien el personal. Buena atención.Voy a volver, pese a los golpes de la cama y los resbalones, ya aprendí en mi primer estadía, a cuidarme de esos problemas

Las habitaciones un poco oscuras, sin guardarropas, las camas en las puntas como exceden el tamñao del colchon, golpean las piernas, el desnivel en el baño es muy peligroso por las posibles caídas.. Cobran el internet, me parece mal que no se preste ese servicio gratis

I had a modern very well decorated and furnished room.Superb bathroom very up to date but could not get the shower to work! Staff were excellent although they were rushed off their feet with a large party.I Asked for a quiet room which they supplied and they were pet friendly .Would stay there again

Very little hanging space and drawers. Too dark.

The room was very comfortable and relaxing. Reception and bar area were a nice place to relax and have a few drinks

Easy to find, out of city location so no noise. Decor throughout hotel was outstanding
