Stayed in room number 1 right at the top of the building,spacious room with all the facilities you need ,very central location. Although it just looks like a old corner pub the room was very modern.

Very friendly and easy stay, it's all that's wanted on a business trip - the breakfast was a wonderful start to my very long day to include a 250 mile return journey to Wiltshire. Thank you Malcolm Burnett

It's always nice when there is adequate car parking at the Hotel - albeit there was ample roadside parking. It wouldn't stop me to going back.

Decent standard accomodation. Pleasant staff. Bar lunch excellent value as was breakfast (additional to room price). Good location in the centre of Ilkley. Surprisingly little traffic noise.

Penthouse/Attic suite comfortable but a bit cool compared to the rest of the building which was warm.

Food is great,try the Dalesway breakfast if you dare.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast (eggs & bacon £3.75). Room was clean , beds comfy, coffee making.

The bathroom was a bit in need of TLC - no rails for the towels!

We were made very welcome by the boss and his staff. The hotel was warm and welcoming with a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices, excellent value breakfasts, situated in very centre of town with adequate free parking.

Could do with a couple of chairs in bedroom.

Quiet, comfortable and very clean. The Dalesway breakfast was fabulous - didn't need to eat for the rest of the day. Staff super friendly and in an excellent location for the station.

The rooms were clean and the price very reasonable. Breakfast was well cooked and the staff very friendly, especially Alfie the Lab.

No able to park next to the hotel as it has only a very small car park but ther is ample parking nearby.

the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room (no1) was large and very comfortable. The Dalesway breakfast is not for the faint hearted.

It has a nice home from home feel to it and a typicaly warm and friendly Yorkshire welcome is given to guests.

Good position for local towns and Leeds /Harrogate

Headboard squeeked every time I turned during my sleep. Reported this to staff member on leaving. ours was a standard room, premium rooms looked bigger and better.

Friendly staff. Good sized rooms. Practical. Excellent value for money. In short, a very well run establishment.
