Room smelt of smoke. Other than that was good.
Good location. Homely and welcoming. Food good too. Good value! We will stay there another time on our way up north!
Can't fault anything about our stay here, definelty value for money . It's old fashioned but comfortable and the breakfast next morning was excellent and huge!!
Faulty Towers !!!!
Friendly staff and customers
Semi satin sheets were a bit slippy!
Friendliness, great food, very comfortable; will definitely go again. No airs and graces which gave it a most amiable atmosphere.
Nothing really. Music from bar was a little loud but wasn't too intrusive and didn't keep us awake!
friendly staff, excellent prices. Even had hubby's favourite beer!!
Staff excellent.food very good. no complaints
There was nothing wrong really. The room was quite big as was the bathroom. It had everything you need. The breakfast was excellent.
It's basically a pub with rooms above. The pub was quite noisey but I couldn't hear much of it in my room. However, My window overlooked the entrance alleyway, this is where everyone comes out to smoke and talk and shout to their pals. It was fine when the pub was shut and they all went home by about 2am.
Very friendly staff.
staff were really friendly, entertainment was excellent, food was lovely
The staff were very friendly
The wifi you could only get in the bar area not in the rooms. The rooms are very dated and have carpet in the bathroom. We was near the bar so was very noisy even though it was a Sunday. Was loud till around 2am and ended with a ambulance being called to the bar as somebody got injured. The bathroom was above the kitchen or something as stunk of fried food.
Dogs were welcone
Uncomfortable bed the noise from the bathroom extractor fan was deafening large step into the bathroom noise from drunks under the bedroom window breakfast wasn't very nice but the dogs enjoyed the bacon and sausage we took out in napkins
Good cooked breakfast. Friendly staff.
No WiFi in room (only in bar area).
breakfast was fine.
A bit limited , but ok for a place to lay your head, provided you get it at the right price.
Very friendly and rearly helpful
Could have been cleaner
Obliging, friendly staff, Great breakfast Comfy room
TV signal or lack of it meant limited choice of channels.
Well run friendly local hotel well located for local amenities. Great value for money. Good sized bright rooms and a great atmosphere in the bar.
Very little. Once my room wasn't made up and some of the seats could have been more comfortable.
Good breakfast included. Evening meal available and was nicely cooked. Friendly staff and locals in the bar. Traditional building, good size room, comfortable bed and clean. Décor generally dated, but can't argue for the price.
Not obvious where the car park is on arrival. Check-in / check-out a bit sloppy - the public bar doubles as reception.
Good central location, adequate private parking, the staff were friendly and helpful
Rooms need a makeover especially the bathroom. Was expensive for the quality of the room we received but I have seen rooms at the same place available for much less on other dates so maybe we were just unlucky with the price.
not confirm to AGB of bussiness.com changing Hotel now I stay one moe week in a pub
The room was really basic but we were only there for one night and was happy with what we wanted it for
All of it
