The staff ,the rooms.everything
We loved everything about you hotel no faults at all will certainly go back, the family suite is wonderful very big room for the children, fantastic stay.
Could not find a thing to complain about.
Where do I start, stained pillows, towels with holes in them the room smelled, the rooms with families were really noisy could hear everything, the lunate peeling away behind the bathroom door, etc.......
Lovely staff & facilities
Too far away to walk to the tram
Loved the pool and facilities for children
Food prices were a disgrace, the bed was two singles pushed together and very old, springs in my back . Room smelled of off milk, bathroom was like a grannys bathroom and was so old and dated, rooms had damp, carpets were hard office carpet with chewing gum stuck in them, staff answered "to be fair those rooms are up for modernising" so why did we pay the same as anyone else? Rotten
Pool and the staff
Holes in carpet upholstery stained
Excellent breakfast, staff attentive, refurbished rooms are very nice
You must request a refurbished room on booking, older rooms are clean and tidy but need modernising.
We realy enjoyed the size of our room, it was very spacious and well layed out and the fridge was a nice plus, the bathroom is awsome and a great size. we especialy enjoyed the swimming pool, jaquzie and sauna and the location was perfect, right across from the beach. wed mark it 10/10, thank you :D
Always enjoy staying there
Room was a bit smaller than previous visit but great service
We loved the location adn the quality of the accomodation. Food was excelent in both the carvery and the very realxing restraunt. The kids were very impressed witht he floats in the swimming pool and the games room.
The only thing i would grumble about was the evening entertainment. I don't know if it wasn't busy because it was just a quiet time or wether people had opted not to endure the very unorganised DJ or just the lack of atmosphere. A better way of doing this would be to have an act on for the addults and a kids corner to entertain themsleves.......
Near enough to the business of Blackpool and shops but no need to go anywhere if you don't want to. Very well equipped for families.
Nothing .. Awful place
See before - do not stay here
Facilities for children Public areas Free Car Parking onsite
Breakfast is expensive
amazing place for family with kids, kid clud, swimming, play room, handy for Blackpool
Better for families than couples. Liked the kitchen in the room to make a drink.
The breakfast room was disorganised.
Lovely hotel great facilities - especially for young children felt safe for young children
Couldn't get WiFi access in rooms I think it would have been totally amazing if my proce had also inckuded breakfast
We were pleasantly surprised with the facilities of the hotel. It has several places to eat as well as a great swimming pool, sauna, steam room etc. It looks smaller than it is. The food was fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful. Situated across the road from the beach the hotel is well placed in Saint Anne's. We would recommend.
Location for excellent restaurants, walking, and town facilities.(shops, bars, etc.)
No 'Quiet area' at breakfast time for adults only. We realise it is a 'Family' Hotel but there were many noisy children at the time of our visit.
The location for the beach, restaurants and pubs
The room was very tired and in need of an update - it was in the part of the hotel that was the old staff accommodation and had never been updated
we enjoyed our stay , reception staff made us feel very welcome on our arrival ,room was very large and a comfy bed, a nice balcony area just out side the room, food was fresh and tasty. hotel surroundings very tasteful, we would stay again !!!
STAFF GOOD POOL BRILL EARLY MORNING
PARKING IS BAD HOTEL IS A FAMILY HOTEL DOMINATED AS EXPECTED BY TIKES NEEDS A BIT OF TLC SOME PARTS MODERN OTHERS NOT
poor Wi-Fi and no sky sports plus the tv in the room was ancient.
Loved the sun terrace.Nice room. Great leisure facilities. Friendly staff. Lovely Beauty Salon and the location was excellent.
Small television, would have liked a fridge as we had one last year, tho' our room was much nicer this time.
