Nothing , I would not stay there again It was very noising. The aircoditioning compressor went on and off every 30 seconds The hotel delapedated and in a very bad state of repair. If Ihad not prepaid I would not have stayed there. |

Room clean and comfortable. No comfortable seating in the bar area and asked to leave the bar at 8-30 as staff were going off duty and locking bar area |

Leaving it! The shower was a tap attachment above a cracked bath, immaterial as there was no hot water anyway. Nor was there any heating in the room, despite the temperature being in single figures outside. The duvet covers were obviously not changed between guests and were crumpled and grubby looking - they compensated by using a top sheet instead. |

Staff were all friendly and efficient and the breakfast was excellent. My room was on the side and very quiet. The room was comfortable and warm It could possibly do with a bit of updating - the shower room was slightly old but clean and functional |

It was central to our plans to research the area from Hadrians Wall the Abbey's and Castles on the South Galloway Coast. The Hotel was ideally placed and very easy to get to. The surrounding area and Dumfries in general is looking worse for ware. |

Easy to get to close to main part of Dumfries with ice bowl and night clubs. Value for money a put fair because the breakfast was quite poor on the fry up apart from that was good. |

It was cheap and cheerful. I would have liked more choice of breakfast - eg toasted brown bread and a selection of cooked items for vegetarians. |

Weinig positief; te duur voor wat het biedt. Heb in de rondreis door Schotland in betere hotels overnacht tegen dezelfde of zelfs iets lagere prijs; |
