Very very poor Wifi signal. Often dropped right off.

Parking, rooms, patrons, location, noise. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in full of patrons using it as a one stop nocking shop. Had three rooms two on one floor and the third on the next floor.

Overpriced breakfast. Tv remote faulty. Staff none to friendly.

Staff were helpful and friendly free wifi is always a bonus aswell.

The car park situation is abit of a joke i had to wait half an hour so they could move someone elses car that the staff had put in front of mine, bathroom could do with updating (leaky shower head, sink coming loose from wall)

Close to where we had arrangements, staff friendly and helpful on our travel arrangements.

Bathroom scruffy, wood lice in bathroom, hairs in bath, expensive for room.

The location was excellent.

I was not informed prior to booking that the hotel car par was first come first served. There was hairs on the bathroom ceiling.

The food was good although a little expensive. If you are visiting doncaster it is a central location to stay as it is smack bang in the middle of town and a 5 minute walk from the train station.

The bathroom was dirty, loud area as a bar and kebab shop is opposite, lifts could take one person and a case at a time, the bed was super uncomfortable, would rather have stayed at a premier inn or travel lodge at lakeview retail park which was £4 in a taxi and £10 cheaper.

I thought the room 217 was very dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. Upon arrival I waited at the reception desk for between 5 and 10 mins while the receptionist was on the phone laughing and joking with someone despite my ringing of the bell. the receptionist was alerted to my presence by another member of staff as I could see them waving in my direction. This does not cause me a great deal of concern, however I do find it very unprofessional.

The bed was comfortable.

When we asked about breakfast we were told the price but no times. There was no hot water in our room in the morning so unable to bath/shower. The bathroom door didn't close properly. We had to ask for the bar to be opened at 10.30pm (fri night), felt like we were in the way. The bar was very poorly stocked, lots of empty bottles. We wanted another drik about 11.05, took 5mins to find a member of staff then told couldn't have spirits after 11pm as the keys get locked away. This wouldn't have been a problem if we'd known earlier and could've ordered another drink before the 11pm curfew. At 9.30am housekeeping knocked on the bedroom door to ask if we were staying - check out not until 11am so we felt this highly inappropriate. The hotel is tired and run down (some refurbishment taking place) and day staff didn't seem interested in the customers, the night member of staff - a young man, was however friendly. We wanted a meal when we arrived but as it was 9pm the restaurant was closed - no room service offered. Staff pointed out a nearby restaurant that was good. Very disappointed and wouldn't return or recommend.

Central location was superb and represented good value for money

The staff at the hotel were very on the ball & couldn't do enough for you. The hotel in general had all the basics to make your stay comfortable & stress free

I like room and comfy bed the location was spot on neary bars shopping!

I didn't like when morning when cleaners comes into your room without knocking when your stark naked! And also it was shame when u go into restaurant they ran out beers to drink!

The rooms were dated, in need of redecoration, bathroom needed to be replaced, dirty carpet, bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable

The secure car parking. The price.

The carpets in the communal hallway on 3rd floor were filthy and spotted with paint. The floor was also uneven and dangerous. The bathroom was mostly clean except for some suspect dirty marks on the tiles. The net curtains appeared filthy and in need of a good wash. Not a pleasant part of town for a solo female.
