The Darlington Hyde Park  

Staff were friendly and pleasant, room was as per picture and a good size for the area and price.

nothing all was good and I plan to stay again.

My third stay at the hotel. Its safe for solo traveller, clean and good value hotel with great location.

i didnt like the bed, it has seen its best days..

the hotel was first class and the breakfast was very nice had a wide selection of food service from waitress were excellent staff were very helpful

Everything was as near as perfect that one could wish for. Excellent service from all staff. Breakf east was [ the best ] Access to trains and buses was less than a few minutes walk. I would certainly return to this hotel in the future

The small shower cubicle in my particular room and as all buildings of this era, the lift gives you some time to relax.

The staff were very efficient and helpful. The breakfast was good value. The hotel was quite close to Paddington station.

There was little space for parking my car.

We liked everything about the place. Good location - close to the underground; quiet and very friendly staff. The room was lovely and plenty of room which is something that some places lack.

The room we stayed in was one that the cleaners would park their gear every morning, but I guess it has to start from somewhere!

The hotel was clean easy to find. Though some directions from Paddington would have helped. The breakfast and staff were good. The inclusive breakfast was our main reason for choice of your hotel.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, everything worked and a good breakfast with very good (and rapid) service. The location is also excellent.

As a hotel, it has all necessary facilities but is lacking any kind of real atmosphere. Once you have checked in and got your security keys, with the exception of breakfast and checking out, there is really no human contact. No lounge, no bar - everything is a bit sterile !

We quite enjoyed our time at the Darlington Hyde Park. I'm so glad we went for the suite. It was lovely to have the two big rooms. After a day of sightseeing how nice to be able to come back and sit in a comfy chair with a up of tea. The location was actually quite perfect for us too. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

I didn't like that I had to keep repeatedly logging on to the internet.

Excellent location to Paddington station(5mins on foot), Clean&tidy room. Free wifi, Good value for money. I would love to stay here next time again!

Noise from next doors bathroom at 6 in morning Poor quality tea coffee facilities cheap coffee and some of the milk was off

Brief overnight stay, everything was fine. We arrived very late and the receptionist was very pleasant

We were in a triple room in the basement and it was a bit noisy from people walking around upstairs but didn't spoil the stay.
