Неплохой отель за свои деньги. Разумеется, при условии, что вы живете в люксе по спецпредложению - у вас будет просторно (для Лондона) и нормальный вид из окна. Завтрак простоват, хотя и съедобен. Вай-фай бесплатен и прекрасно принимает в номерах. Персонал дружелюбный. В связи с популярностью отеля среди окрестных трехзвездочных, продлить номер или устроить "позний выезд" вряд ли удастся. Хорошо бы поставить нормальные смесители. День-другой эта английская экзотика смешит, но потом раздражает. Да и вообще - ремонт ванной комнаты назрел всерьез. В телевизоре не помешали бы спутниковые каналы. |

Отель удобно расположен , рядом вокзал, станция метро, гайд-парк, много пабов , магазинов и т.д. Номера отеля чистые и уютные.В отеле не курят. Очень хороший завтрак. Есть лифт. |

неплохие номера, неплохо кормят, хорошее местоположение. Не понравилось, то что номер был в подвале, с хорошей слышимостью как соседей сверху так и поездов метро под снизу. Спать - плохо. В подвале нельзя селить людей за такие деньги с такой плохой звукоизоляцией... |

Удобное местоположение в спокойном районе: близко две станции метро, автобусные остановки, поезда в Хитроу; неплохой завтрак, включенный в стоимость номера; приветливый персонал; комната большая и удобная. В номере, выходящем окнами на улицу, шумно из-за уличного движения и периодического воя сирен скорой помощи (рядом больница), полы скрипучие, краны без смесителя, ручка двери в ванную плохо работает, дверь закрывается с шумом. |

отель прекрасный по соотношению цена-качество.от метро-5 минут(самая удобная ветка метро проходит через паддингтон), практически из любой точки города можно добраться на одном из 5-6 автобусов.номер большой, улица не шумная.очень чисто. приветливый персонал.отличный завтрак. маленькие недостатки:хотелось бы иметь в ванной комнате съемный душ и смеситель (а не отдельные горячий и холодный краны) в раковине. |

I liked that it was more homely than a big hotel. The location was great being near Paddington station and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace. |

Near Paddington Station and Heawthrow Express. So it is easy to get into the Center of the City. They could provide large bars of soap and a wash cloth. Bathroom while adequate was not very large. |

Very clean room, good information available for tourists, good full english breakfast with very fast efficient service. Good close location to Underground station. Creaking floorboards above our basement room (room 2) did cause me to wake up a few times unfortunately |

The staff where very helpful and we were offered a suite when we had paid for a double room. The breakfast was good as well and the location is excellent - as it is very close to Hyde Park, which is an excellent walk and close to Paddington Station if one wants to travel by tube. |

The location is perfect less than 5 minutes walking to the Paddington train station from Heathrow. The room was a good size and the breakfast was just right and served in a really nice breakfast room. We asked for a high back facing room and got a low front facing room, but the road in front was not as bad as we thought it would be. You can hear the people above you walking in their room. We were lucky to not have loud people above us. |

the hotel is not far from paddington station. felt secure. staff friendly. checking in very easy. room very good size for london. clean. bed comfortable. extra pillows available. windows could open.breakfast was good. cooked breakfast cooked to your order. continental breakfast bit limited but i am not vegetarian so this was not a problem. very good hotel for the price |

very friendly and helpful staff Old wooden floor make cracking noise wherever I walk in the room, I can even hear cracking noise and water flush in the bathroom from a floor above. The cold water tap doesn't work in the bath tub, no supply of cold water. |

Very convenient to Paddington Station. Staff were very helpful and polite at all times. We were able to leave our case safely at the hotel at 1030 even though check in was not until 1400. Also able to leave our luggage the following morning until our train at 1500. At last, found a hotel with full English breakfast included in the price which was lovely.Our room was spotless and comfortable. Full marks to housekeeping. Have already reccommended this hotel to our friends. |

Much larger than average room for London. Clean, basic, perfect location. Walls are thin, so could be a bit noisy. I didn't really have a problem with it. |

The stuff was very nice and helpful, location was good, nice breakfast, big comfortable room, nicely decorated, romantic atmosphere, good ambiance. There is no bar in the hotel. |

The staff at the Darlington are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel offered quite a number of facilities such as a laundry room, breakfast room, newspapers to your door etc. The hotel is very close to Paddington train station (5-10 min walk) making the airport very accessible. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of Full english or continental. The bathroom is very small and the room can get very stuffy and warm even during Nov. The shower in the bathroom would run almost at boiling temp periodically every 3 minutes even when set at 20. We found this to be quite dangerous. The staff were made aware, were very apologetic and maintence was informed. |
