Dart Marina Hotel  

One of the best rooms in the hotel, very pleased with the arrangements you made.

Excellent view from the wide window, but very restricted opening, which meant you could not have sufficient air in the room.

Location could not be better and easy parking and walking into Dartmouth. Service and staff were excellent. All rooms have a lovely river view with binoculars supplied (nice touch). Breakfast was excellent and we would stay again.

The room we had was a little smaller than we expected. However, still very comfortable. Nothing else to comment on as we did not have our evening meal at the hotel.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, car park, spa was good value for money, nice surroundings and a well priced bar.

Staff were tentative & helpful. Breakfast was cooked while you sat with tea & toast, not buffet, and rubber eggs.

Could have had a small fridge in the room for fresh milk and water. Long life milk in rooms. Safe in room. Iron & board should be rooms. This is a 4 * hotel, so extra facilities above should apply.

Good location, great decor, good service

Already paying a reduced rate but was also offered a complementary upgrade on arrival...also invited to look at two rooms so I could choose. This was indicative of the customer service throughout - I was impressed. Sitting in an armchair looking at the view directly across the car ferry to the harbour beyond was lovely. Didnt choose to eat in the hotel in the evening in part because the location was so good that there were a lot of options. Good value.

Particularly friendly and helpful staff: the whole hotel was sparkling clean and very comfortable: the location fronting onto the river was great and the hotel had every imaginable facility.

I liked the location and the design.....jfood atmosphere.....lovely view from bedroom windows....good food and friendly staff.

Hairdryer provided but no well sighted power point for use near a mirror. Applying makeup proved difficult too which made me wonder if a woman had been consulted with bedroom design!

The friendliness of the staff was super and also the efficiency of them was refreshing...I Use hotels on average at least 7 times per month, and it is so nice to stay in an hotel that isnt part of a large chain that actually seems to care. My son is at the Naval College so I will certainly be staying again in the not too distant future.

Not a complaint, but merely an observation, the toilets flushing in the rooms sound like Concordes Olympus Engines on afterburner.
