This Victorian house is 220 yards from Ayr's seafront and 660 yards from the shops of the center of town. It has free Wi-Fi, free on-street parking and rooms with private bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. The Daviot Guest House is a small, family-run guesthouse. The house has many original features, including stained-glass windows. The rooms have electronic safes, alarm clocks, hairdryers, tea/coffee and ironing facilities. The flat-screen TVs have Freeview digital channels and the private bathrooms have good-quality toiletries. A full English breakfast is available every day. Beautiful, laid back place. Nice amenities for a B&B. They need air conditioning or a fan in the room. Got quite hot on sunny mornings.

Me and my boyfriend really liked this hotel very clean rooms are great and staff are really friendly made you feel really welcome we will be back and breakfast in morning was great and was really central to everywere I have already recommended this guest house to family and friends and prices are really good as well Not got one bad word to say about it everything went well

We stayed at Davison hotel, the couple were so friendly. Excellent accommodation, immaculate bedding,rooms absolutely spotless. Excellent breakfast. We would recommend this hotel.

Ensuite and breakfast were good. Booked a double room, got a twin room. Owners didn't bother to reply when I Enquired about it, ended up just pushing beds together ourselves. Top floor room needs double glazing to keep out the noise of the wind as we could barely sleep for the it.

Everything was fabulous. From the initial booking right through to the end of our stay was great. The hosts were wonderful, the room was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. The food was delicious. There was nothing to "not like".
