Great location Rooms were ridiculously too small. Could not swing a cat in them. Everything echoed you couldn't breathe without being blamed for making a noise . Owners were unfriendly with no personality

Pleasant staff, lovely view at the back. Nice building in a nice street. Decent breakfast. Fairly comfy bed, quite clean tiniest bathroom, if you were big you just couldn't use it, and the shower head leaked too much to use. the double room was extremely narrow. wouldn't want to stay more than one night or be sharing.

The breakfast was very good Unfortunately the bathroom was so small that you had to leave the door open when on the toilet. The shower only trickled water as it was so full of limescale and when I used the kettle it blew a fuse in the room so all lights went out. The hair dryer didn't work either.

Owner was lovely Bed was very uncomfortable. There was an area of collapsed springs which created a hole when you lied on it. Slept poorly!

It was a good hotel for it's value, and very well situated. The bathroom in the single room is very small, only 1m by 1m or something, for someone of 1.95 tall very uncomfortable as the shower, toilet and washtable is in this small place stucked together.

I was greeted politely and courteously. I was offered a soft drink on arrival which was appreciated. The room was freezing. The radiator was not able to be turned up. No heaters were available. Breakfast is not served until 0730hrs and so this is very inconvenient for business travellers or people who have an early start. My request for a refund for not being able to have breakfast was refused.

The location was good for an event at Lord's cricket ground, while the price was reasonable. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was superb. The TV only had a few working channels, not a huge problem but a bit frustrating.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and excellent serving staff. The facilities were very poor and decor and furniture dated. TV did not work, shower had minimal water flow, curtains did not fit windows and were not completely attached to curtain rail.

It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and served in an extremely pleasant dining room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Furnishings were old for the price. Our bed was lumpy but our companions in another room said their bed was very comfortable. There was a leak around the toilet. We kept having to ask for an extra towel to put in the bathroom floor. Also, except for the first day, our dirty towels were left spread across the radiator. We are happy to reuse our towels but it would be nice to have them left where we hung them so we knew which towel we had used previously.

It was a reasonably priced hotel with a great staff that were extremely accomodating! . It's extremely quiet and located on a quiet street which is a huge plus and it's very close to the tube! Breakfast was also great (a full breakfast not just tea and toast) and free! The ensuite bathrooms could be improved but I wasn't in the hotel much so it did not bother me
