Location was excellent for sea front, restaurants etc. warm welcome, spotlessly clean and well kept, with an excellent freshly prepared breakfast, from our friendly hosts.

Location was perfect easy walking distance into Torquay town. Beautiful property in a superb location, spotlessly clean and high quality furnishing to the entire establishment Simon and Dianne were the perfect hosts

Absolutely nothing to dislike or complain about. This is how all uk B&Bs/ hotels accommodation should be and the standard they should strive for.

lovely victorian home- beautifully presented and appointed- spacious and comfortable family room -comfortable guest lounge - quiet location and accessible to local attractions and transport. Simon and Dianne were the perfect host and hostess offering the ultimate level of hospitality.

Friendly welcome with a cup of coffee - very tastefully decorated/furnished - very comfortable and clean - lovely lounge with lots of books/games - great breakfast - quiet and relaxing - convenient position for various outings - the Daylesford have got everything right would heartily recommend it as a hotel with high standards at a reasonable price - thanks to the owners

very good meeting when we first arrived had tea and biscutis and a chat with the owners.. very clean, very good breakfast.

Service was excellent, they could not have done more, quality both in rooms and breakfast, attention to detail, which makes it stand out.

The bedroom we stayed in was to small, no room to move around, no room for a table & chair.This room should only have a single bed. Then it would be a very nice room The bathroom was large, but does'nt make up for a small bedroom

We have travelled a lot, but never felt more home than here. Dianne and Simon are absolutely wonderful people who gave us a warm welcome in their lovely Bed and Breakfast. Nothing seemed to be too much to ask. Highly recommended!!

Daylesford was just right had a good ballance and a very good eye for detail, breakfast was very nice and tastey, host very warm and frendly and very welcolming, we enjoyed our stay a lost would would recomend to frends and family.

Our welcome to the Daylesford was warm and sincere from Simon and Di,and they made our stay very enjoyable.the room was tastefully decorated and spotless. the food was great,and Simon was very knowledgable about places of interest/places to eat/or how to get to anywhere !

Simon and Dianne greeted us with a very warm welcome. Rooms were lovely with views across park. Excellent breakfast with very good choice We will definately visit the Daylesford again.

The Daylesford is such a lovely place. The house is verly nicely decorated with a very comfortable room and very clean. Simon and Dianne are both so welcoming and friendly offering lots of advice and suggestions. Its ideally located and is lovely and quiet. Breakfast was fantasti - Would highly recommend it!

Simon and Diane are a very welcoming couple who run their business in a friendly professional manner. They maintain cleanliness to an extreamly high standard which is the reason why we booked for the second time. Simon is informative and engaging and our compliments to Diane for providing a perfect breakfast. Our stay was very relaxing and we would wish to book again.

Een 1 woord fantastisch! Wat een gastvrijheid leggen Simon en Diana aan de dag. Niets is hen teveel. Je krijgt allerlei tips van hen voor restaurants, winkels en plaatsen. Kortom, een top b&b waar gewoon alles klopt. En dan die inrichitng. Alles helemaal gestyled. En hartstikke schoon.Kortom; een betere b&b hebben wij nog niet eerder getroffen.

Simon und Dian waren wundervole Gastgeber die sehr individuell auf ihre Gäste eingegangen sind. Sie waren äußerst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Räumlichkeiten waren toll eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Sogar ein Salon stand den Gästen zur Verfügung. Spitzenmäßig war das exzellente Frühstück, dass sehr individuell bestellt werden konnte.

Peace and tranquility about the place. Very convenient to get to know Torquay. The proprietors do their up must to make you feel welcome and to make out the most out of your visit with very useful tips about surrounding beauties and services.

We went in the Winter and it was a bit of a struggle to get in the shower! Please, please, include some fresh fruit in the breakfast if possible.

Very friendly guest house. Tea and biscuits on arrival. Room was clean and well furnished, we stayed in the junior suite which was delightful. The hosts knew a great deal about the area and were able recommend places to eat and visit.
