Days Hotel Coventry City    

The room was very clean

First room had a busted window and door, couldn't lock either. In the replacement room the Bed was obviously two singles pushed together as there was a height difference between the two of about an inch but it was comfortable as a single. Parking is poor if u arrive late especially underneath the hotel very tight corners and pillars.

Very good value for money, with everything I needed. Easy parking, clean room and bathroom. Better than expected for 3 star. Light and modern reception, restaurant and public areas. Good decor and furnishings.

Very slow service in the bar.

Students staying at the hotel were really noisy, screaming, gasping, running around, slamming and banging. Usually doesn't bother me but unfortunately, because of the recent discovery of young girls being abused by gangs in hotels, I was constantly checking outside my door to make sure that wasn't happening and couldn't relax at all. Known groups of young people need closer regulation.

Food was excellent and the size of the suite was quite surprising for the money

Some significant difference in value for money between the two rooms we booked, for the same price.

Nice staff good food comfortable bed car park nice and big. Really convenient fot the NEC. Coventry city tho was not attractive at all

Toilet had not been flushed after last used. very Strong smell of fish till we flushed the loo several times and ran a sink of sweet smelling water. Room needed decorating. Ring roads impossible to navigate

The mattress was really uncomfortable, 2 night staff members were sat watching the tv in the foyer opp the bar whilst we waited at the bar and so we had to go and ask them to serve us!

Car Park, while free, is tight down the ramp and was difficult to reverse out of spaces.

I had booked a suite which was lovely and spacious, comfortable king- size double bed, large en-suite, separate living area, and its own fridge as well which was useful. I had an evening meal in the bar which was very nice.

The staff were very friendly but a couple of them were hard to understand we were very pleased that the friends we came to see were allowed into the hotel bar when they were not residents.Overall enjoyable and spotlessly clean

The bed was very hard and seemed really small (our feet hung out at the bottom)(our room was not like it looked on the web) We paid for a breakfast but it was only warm not hot - also wish that there had been a couple of smoking rooms but it wasn't really a problem. The car park was horrendous to park in.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Coventy and easy to get to. Ample parking

The drinks tray in my room had been used and not cleaned - was still a used cup, lots of loose rubbish and no milk!

The Front Staff were amazing and the manager was good and flexible

Level of comfort was terrible, the heaters in the bedroom where turned on when it was 19 outside. There was one towel to share between two people. Overall experience was poor, definetly worth paying the extra to stay somewhere else

I booked for 3 nights and changed to 2 nights after a while. However, the hotel did not mange to receive my changed booking information until I asked for it.
