El personal de recepción y el desayuno para ser continental, con bastante variedad de comida.

Que había muy poca luz en las habitaciones.

Hotel económico para una estancia sin grandes exigencias. Recepcionista española.

Habitación algo descuidada. Humedad en las paredes y papel despegado. Baño un poco avejentado.

El desayuno y la entrada principal del hotel está bien, el resto deja muchísimo que desear.

La habitación era espantosa, todo estaba viejo y el cuarto de baño era especialmente horroroso porque tenía las plaquetas rotas, una cortina en la ducha de a saber que año y sucia, apenas había luz, el techo estaba desconchado.... El precio por noche es de hotel pero la categoría de las instalaciones no es de un hotel sino de un motel de carretera o menos.

We were in coventry for a music event in the city centre and were looking for an over night stay, this hotel was located near to the centre, walking distance, the staff were very friendly and welcoming , the room was clean and pleasant and the free continental breakfast was very good , served in a lovely dining room, I would stay again if we were to visit coventry .

Friendly, professional staff, well equipped, comfortable, good breakfast

Restaurant not open in evening, lounge/bar was therefore crowded and rugby was playing on the large screen TV which we do not like. The shortened menu in the lounge was not suitable for us. We had to eat out.

I found everyone very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. Free parking was welcome.

Minor points: - shower head in room 12 held up by an elastic band - one bed cover in same twin room badly stained, and needed to be changed

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, wi fi, Good food and the option to have continental or full english breakfast, reasonably priced bar, polite and helpful staff, on site parking.

We had a suite, and it was very clean, with plenty of room. We ate in the restaurant, the food was tasty, and the continental breakfast (included in the price) was good. There was also free wi-fi in our room.

The location. Alongside a very busy main road, need better quality double glazing. The only downside to our stay

Breakfast was ok. Water for tea not very hot, coffee ran out and you were constantly running up for refills ? Use pots for tea

The time you have to buy food. The food service need to there 24-7 for us to buy.

I asked for two extra pillows. The reception staff said that they would be put in the room after 1800 and we had to leave the hotel for a function before then. When we arrived back (at 2340) after the function we found the extra pillows had not been put in the room. So I pulled down the extra blanket (from on top of the wardrobe) to build up the pillows instead. As I pulled down this extra blanket a dirty old toilet tissue came down with it. We were awoken at 0400 by noisy people in the next room, despite asking for a quite room as part of my booking request.

location, good value

Was not 5mins walk from Rail Station as stated on Booking.com site. It was 20mins walk with luggage and at night the route was a risk due to subways and surcluded paths. Rooms were hot despite radiator was off - open window = noise

The hotel was clean and its location good for the city centre

Very basic. Arrived on a sunny afternoon and the room was extremely hot. No air-conditioning and so had to open the window which made it very noisy as the location is right on the main road. My tv didn't work and neither did the telephone in the room.

Hotel close to town. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lack of awareness by staff of the hotel's rooms status. I.e we had an unoccupied room next to us where the TV was left running loud until 2.30am before our complaint got it switched off.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and a good city centre location.

The key card needs to be reprogrammed every time you leave. I wish they told me this at the start and saved time keep going to reception.

Comfy bed, good shower, very reasonable bar food, good basic breakfast, excellent wifi and parking, warm, good value
