Very friendly staff.Meal times were very flexible and the restaurant and bar prices were quite reasonable.Very relaxing feel about the whole hotel. As a smoker,i felt there was not enough provision for us minority. |

I liked the couzy enviroment and the hospitality of the staff . near by stores , the underground sation is only five minute walk . The room is very clean and warm . you can hear the planes landing and taking off from heathrow but that was not so noisy. If you have an appointment in central london or else you should start travelling early as its about 13 stations and you may need to change the line in the middle , still not a problem as the station is near and the under ground comes very frequently . There is no much to do in the neighbour hood so we used the hotel for the sleeping time only , nor you can rest in the middle of the day , the travel to downtown is not cheap |

Great value for money. Room was well equipped (hair dryer, ironing board, etc, no need to go to reception to borrow) and absolutely spotless. Nice modern design too - very impressed. Car parking - no opportunity to pre-book so we had to leave car in local multistorey and walk (which incidentally cost £7.50 instead of £15 at the hotel so not so bad afterall!). |

Location was good. Felt we were ripped off by hotel staff - who put me through to a minicab service who subsequently charged me £25. the same trip only cost me £12 the following day with a different co. Friends and family felt we were ripped off by hotel staff. |

The hotel was easy to find, clean and comfortable and excellent value for money. Only the surrounding area, which is run down with very little to offer. However the convenience for onward travel to Heathrow by tube, is very good. |

The excellent eating area, it was very classy and the breakfast was excellent quality, everything was fresh even at 10am. Many places I have stayed at the food is dried up or has been standing a long while. |

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Although there were a couple of minor problems with the TV and shower they were solved very promptly and courteously by the staff. The restaurant was good value and quality and service excellent. We could have done with at least one armchair or small couch. The car parking charge is rather excessive, particularly as it was not always easy to find a space. |

Clean, Convenient, nice price. The staff are friendly. Free internet also very good. I stayed 3 nights. The first day the cleaning staff knocked the door at 12:25(It is totally acceptable). 2nd day they knocked the door at 10:25(I prefer they knock after 11:00. Because check out time is 11:00). The 3rd day they knocked the door at 9:25! I could not find "Do not disturb" card. I was irritated that they wake me up everyday. |
