Good location. Good facilities. no extras which we did not use and so did not need to pay for

Excellent value for money - was just using it as a stop over for one night but found the staff extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was a good size with decent facilities and comfortable.

My sat nav took me to the wrong side of the road but hard to blame the hotel for this!!

The staff were polite and friendly.The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with adouble shower. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of hot and cold food.

- near the tube - price is really good - can spot planes approaching Heatrow :)

Value for money and the rooms are very much modern and stylish. Friendly staff.

The floors in the room can sometimes be too squeaky.

Good transport location

The hotel is great for non disabled persons. The secure parking at the rear was a bonus, although costly. Very well sited for local facilities.

Disabled facilities were not great. Although the disabled room I stayed in had a wet room there was no perching stool or anything to sit on. When I asked the management about this they were at a loss as what to do. I had to suggest using a metal chair from outside. The shower rail was also not secured to the wall. Not impressed.

The staff were all very friendly.Ana,the receptionist,was particularly friendly and welcoming and was able to accommodate our request to check in and have our room early. The reception/bar area is bright,cheerful and has a nice ambiance.Our room was spacious,clean and with all the facilities you would expect.The hotel is well situated being literally a two minute walk from Hounslow central tube.station.

The bath room is clean and big enough, not old, wifi is fast, support brekfast,lunch and dinner

no ventilator in bath room, always need to relogin wifi with ID and password, bed is hardness

Service was fine. Location was gd just 1min walking distance from the tube.

Beds should have more dovets as its not very comfy and also in bahroom not many towels only one big one.

Access from underground station via stairs - not a hotel problem

Staff

Location was good for the rugby at Twickenham. Friendly and efficient staff.

Small car park. Small uncomfortable beds. Small bits of maintenence work in room wouldn't go amiss.

Friendly staff and room was clean and tidy. Ideal for a one or two night stay. We did not take breakfast so can't comment on this.

Good facilities. Excellent room with a huge bed. Very clean and well appointed. Free wifi. Check-in was a breeze as too was check-out. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Have stayed there 4 times in the last year. Will be going back! Great place to stay.

Not much. It would be nice if the car park were bigger and that they had a trouser press/iron in the room but these are very minor points

Cheap and affordable. Near to heathrow airport. Near to fast and reliable underground tube station. All these things just made my transiting via london to New York worth it
