je confirme les avis favorables que j'ai peu lire sur cet hôtel, pas de bruit d'avion, très bon rapport qualité prix, internet gratuit dans le hall, pas de wifi pour moi en tant que touriste pas gênant, accès underground facile,quartier typique mais agréable, digne d'un trois étoiles en france

tout etait superbe peut etre le petit bemol serait pas assez de place sur le parking privee et galere pour en trouver une tous etant payante que par telephone . merçi pour l'accueil et pour l'entretien des chambres.

The hotel had everything I needed for a one night stay, and it was particularly useful that it was only 100 yards from the nearest tube station.

daughter and son in law was given disable room on ground floor the hotel had forgotten to allocate a room for them they found it very noisy with plumbing and no complimentry toiletries but it was only fr one night

I thought the staff in the restaurant and reception were very good and it is a modern hotel and quiet for its' location on a flight path near Heathrow. Manager did offer us free breakfast for our troubles.

There were faults. Firstly I booked thinking there would be space enough for my family (me,my wife and two young children). I booked a family room but it seems now hotels think an average family is with one child. We accommodated ourselves. Secondly the heating/air conditioning wasn't working so it was cold(though the manager did bring us a portable heater and duvet.Thirdly in the morning when we went to wash the water was cold. This was resolved but too late for us.

I was pleased with overall accomodation. Felt at ease and friendly staff at a very affordable price. Had a good night sleep there due to a comfy bed & pillows! Also a great shower too.

Very basic. Staff not helpfull.

All aspect of this hotel are excellent

More TV channels would be nice

The windows had gaps allowing cold air to seep into the room. As a result the room was always cold.The safe in my room could be easily opened with a screwdriver as demonstrated by the hotel staff, so it wasn't really safe.

Very friendly staff.Meal times were very flexible and the restaurant and bar prices were quite reasonable.Very relaxing feel about the whole hotel.

As a smoker,i felt there was not enough provision for us minority.

I liked the couzy enviroment and the hospitality of the staff . near by stores , the underground sation is only five minute walk . The room is very clean and warm . you can hear the planes landing and taking off from heathrow but that was not so noisy.

If you have an appointment in central london or else you should start travelling early as its about 13 stations and you may need to change the line in the middle , still not a problem as the station is near and the under ground comes very frequently . There is no much to do in the neighbour hood so we used the hotel for the sleeping time only , nor you can rest in the middle of the day , the travel to downtown is not cheap

Great value for money. Room was well equipped (hair dryer, ironing board, etc, no need to go to reception to borrow) and absolutely spotless. Nice modern design too - very impressed.

Car parking - no opportunity to pre-book so we had to leave car in local multistorey and walk (which incidentally cost £7.50 instead of £15 at the hotel so not so bad afterall!).
