Hotel impeccable qui n'a rien a envier à ceux situés dans le centre de Londres 3 à 4 fois plus cher sans le petit déjeuner. 40 mn pour rejoindre le centre de Londres en métro, c'est très correct. Très content si nous retournons à Londres nous séjournerons à nouveau dans cet hotel.

Clean, large room. Hotel interior far friendly than the immediate surrounding area.

I had to be moved from my first room as the bathroom was flooded. The staff kindly upgraded me which was acceptable. However in the morning the shower ran cold after approximately one minute. I was offered a complimentary breakfast but this was of no benefit to me as I had other plans. The desk staff member was not particularly apologetic and I left feeling dissatisfied.

There were three things that I liked especially about this hotel: *Staff - all really polite and friendly, but not in a contrived or corporate expectation type way. *Issues Dealt with quickly - I reported oneminor issue in my room, that was the safe being locked and not opening due to prior guest. Then also I'd forgotten my toothpaste(!) and asked reception if they could send me some. In both instance there was a knock on the door within 30 seconds of my call to reception. Amazing service. *Food quality - I ate in the restaurant on three occasions, each time the food quality was very good and well-presented. For the price, the hotel is highly recommended.

There were some building works on the plot adjacent, which started quite early in the morning. Not an issue for me, as I was up early for a conference but if you're wanting a lie in, request a room that doesn't overlook the Travelodge building plot!

The location was ideal for my purposes as I was conducting business nearby. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Although i did not require directions to locations, i had the please of overhearing staff providing friendly, professional and detailed travel information to other guests. The room was very clean, luxurious and equip for the travelling professional with free WiFi access provided at book in. It had ample sockets, facilities and equipment. The restaurant was lovely and the orders were taken promptly and your needs were fully catered for. I reccommend the Thai prawn curry with egg noodles delicious!

Good beds, tv and free wifi in room. Quick check in/out.

It was a clean, quiet hotel, the staff discreet and courteous and helpful.

Not really a complaint but the quilt could have been bigger as it didnt cover us properly and we are average size people.
