Close to motorway, comfortable room. Staff friendly.
Being able to check in without hassle having booked on line
Nothing, all was good
Comfortable bed - Clean Room - Good Facilities - Good Bath & Hot Water.
On the motorway, had trouble getting a taxi back to the hotel, Also a large group came in at 4.40am making lots of noise waking us up. There didn't seem and sound proofing in the rooms at all.I felt uneasy to leave our room to get someone to ask them to be quiet, no phones in the room. Because of this our stay wasn't what we wanted it to be. There was no one in the reception to complain to when we left.
Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Pleasant staff, conveinient place to stay.
We were staying for four days and if you are coming and going several times it would add up having to pay toll prices. We were allowed to use back gate but were told they didn't let guest use this facility any longer so for that reason wouldn't choose to use this hotel for more than one night, noisy residents woke use several times but this is not the fault of the hotel.
Availability of 24 hr coffee shop
Bathroom fan is VERY loud and stays on for in excess of 20 mins.
Location had to do m6 toll to get in so adding £10 to cost it should be made more aware that you can get into hotel via another road. I was nearly turned away because i had 4 children with me apparently health and safety. I had no alternative to having all my children with me as it was an access visit. If i had been turned away i would have had to take them back to their mother at a late hour. The staff member that was on rang her manager but was prepared to deny me a room that night.
Superb bed - Good bath with lots' of hot water - Flat Screen TV with alarm wake up.
Delay at parking gate access when not coming off motorway - Just giving out a guest keycode would solve the problem.
Friendly and helpful staff. Best hotel bed ever.
As pensioners it would have been helpful if we could have had easier access to our room on an upper floor. I.e. a lift.
we couldn't find how to get to the hotel. Would be helpful to have some signs pointing at where to go and park. And then once home we got a parking penalty for £90... but a phonecall to the hotel sorted out that problem, I hope
The two ladies that where on duty the first two nights of our stay where very polite welcoming and they had a sence of humour and very helpful .
The loo seat was stained yellow
Location to Norton Canes and having a rear entry/exit vehicle gate was a Big Plus Good size room Very clean Friendly Staff Was able to take our pet dog Adequate grounds around to walk our pet
The door to the room needed to be slammed shut Only having the choice of eating in a Motorway Café with motorway prices
Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was a large family room with good bed, large work desk, and good lighting, heating and a window that opened. With the window open there was some road noise but with it closed it was a very quiet room even when others started to get up. Parking included in the price.
The wifi was through a provider that I have used before, I forgot the password and the only option they had to remind me was to an old mobile number that I no longer have. On the plus side I got a longer night's sleep
Good size clean room.
Lovely staff, very clean
Husband compained of humming noise (possibly from air conditioning) during the night which affected his sleep. The rest of us didn't notice 'though!
The room was very clean and very spacious. Great value for money. Great to get free wi-fi. Free parking, great location just off the motorway.
People in next room made a lot of noise at 7am, but that is not fault of hotel. Could have had more pillows.
The whole look we will certainly book again.
We arrived late
Very convenient location. Everything I needed. Comfortable bed.
The air vent in the bathroom was noisy and seemed to take ages to stop.
Difficult to access car park
Friendly and accommodating staff.
Food and drinks in adjacent foodhall expensive (probably not worse than other motorway service stations though).
Dogs in next room barking !
Clean, comfy beds
Hard to find
Fantastic value for money, very clean, lovely friendly staff
