staff were friendly and helpful, parking was ample and secure web site lead me to believe that the hotel was nearer to Cardiff than it actually was and transport links are almost non-existent, hence a fifty pound return taxi fare.... not impressed! |

Good staff and value for money. Breakfast was hardly continental as described. No pastries, hams, croissants or good coffee. Help yourself arrangement included making your own toast using cheap domestic toasters that clearly are not suited to commercial use. Sons room had dirty towel. |

The Indian restaurant within the hotel was excellent. The continental breakfast was basic but had everything that i required, you can upgrade to a cooked breakfast for a little extra. The staff were friendly. The hotel rooms were set up similar to the premier inn style but not as noisey. Would stay again if in Barry. |

Cooked breakfast is payed separately (6 pounds), but continental breakfast is enough but looking at room price is not unlogical..... L'esmorzar típic anglès es paga apart (6 lliures) però tenint en compte el preu de l'habitació és lògic. |

It was convenient for our weekend plans. Basic, but clean and staff ameniable. Good restaurant and bar facilities. temperature of shower was difficult to control - if there had been achild or elderly person using this it would have been a problem |

The staff were friendly, rooms good size and clean, continental breakfast good. The main bedroom light did not work in the twin room, the shower didnt work in the triple room. |

The indian restaurant at the hotel is very good. Staff not apologetic when we complained that the study table was missing a chair, and there was no telephone in our room. One of us was stranded in the bathroom as the bathroom door lock was jammed and it took two persons (one in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom) a lot of effort to finally open the bathroom door ! |

Price. Our room was next to the boiler room which wa so noisy I didn't sleep all night. The room was very hot and the window only opened about 3 inches so it cool down. |

Excellent place with location as an advantage. Serving Indian food that can certainly be delight to all. Certainly shall recommend to all planning for short or long stay. Free parking is a bonus! Noice of vehicles going on road is disturbing in rooms in front. |
