The hotel is closse to where we needed to be and esy to reach. even though this is an 'airport' hotel it is very quiet. Having stayed there a couple of times, the only major niggle is that some of the showers are very poor with hardly any pressure or hot water. Generally though for te money you pay this is a clean and comfortable hotel. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was undergoing a rebranding during my stay which caused some confusion but was handled well. A little tired in places. I hope the rebranding brings some investment for refurbishment |

Staff were very friendly, I arrived late in the evening, the bar staff did not ask us to leave at 11.00pm, they waited until we finished our drinks. The lady dealing with the breakfast was again most helpfull. |

We had an early morning flight and the hotel is convenient for the airport. As we did not have time for breakfast, I cannot comment on it. The staff were friendly and helpful. |

It was an economical place to stay in a location I wanted to visit. The continental breakfast was very sparce. Also hotel is located VERY close to Cardiff airport. The decor is very much in need of a refresh. |

This hotel was very convenient and reasonably priced for an overnight visit to Cardiff with my daughter. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking - I had to park outside the hotel gate as nowhere else to park except a grass verge. |

The convenience of its location and easy to find - very good for the airport, although our trip this time was purely in the Cardiff and surrounding areas Some of the guest were a little inconsiderate when returning to their rooms at approximately 3 a.m.!!! |
