I.think the complimentary drink and.something to eat was poor provision. I.think you could provide something better.
Staff were friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Vary spacious for the price.
Access off motorway needs improving, including signage. SatNav POI should be split into South bound and North Bound access points. Room need redecorated, slightly tired paintwork. Hot water system needs fixed!
Easy parking, good location, easy to find
Choice of places to eat.
Very good value.
Friendly staff, clean room, great power shower. Fast free wifi.
The world really doesn't need any more burger joints. The other so called restaurant was closed by 8.30pm???
Excellent staff. Fast book in. A convenient and affordable place for an overspill of family staying with me.
Having to ask for barrier to be opened every time. Code should be supplied. Nothing wrong with hotel at all.
Very friendly and comfortable rooms.
The hotel was set in an excellent location just off the M1. Very quiet even though next to the motorway. The staff where very friendly and went out if their way to help. The room was relatively large, very clean and the bed was a dream to sleep on. The Bathroom was very clean and the Tv and remote also worked. Breakfast was a little expensive but you could have as much as you liked. Itvwas also an ideal location for seeing the twisted spire of Chesterfield cathedral and visiting Alton Towers, only a 25 min drive away.
nothing u should close down
direction from A road is terrible please put a big sign on the road not near the barrier it took us over an hour to find as we came after midnight and i called 3 or 4 times for help staff was new so she had no clue didnt get there till about 1,30 am could not sleep as people in the next room were up all night and very noisey thank god for "say no to 0870 numbers" i got an alternative no otherwise it would have cost me a fortune on phone calls just to get direction because you didnt put up the sign properly
Freeze/freezer and microwave facilities. I needed it for my little one. Thanks
Excellent size room, with separate 'alcove' for children
WiFi too slow to work. Lack of spare pillows (one pillow each and only one spare in room!) and inability of staff to find extras. This was resolved for our second night :)
Use of Booking.com website only allowed a booking of two rooms to be made (2 x family). On arrival our family could have all stayed in one family room which was confirmed by the hotel staff, but too late to ammend the booking, so we had to pay for an extra room we didn't need.
The lady on the desk was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. Great that you could switch the heating on and off. Shower was lovely and hot. I would stay here again.
The pillows could have been a little bit better. They were a bit flat.
It was filthy and stank. I would never stay there again.
Comfortable room. The real value was at a carvery we were directed to for dinner, and went back to for breakfast.
Food at Service Station was fine if you wanted very overpriced coffee and a bun for dinner or breakfast.
the welcome we received ideal for what we wanted we were doing a few things in 2 days in surrounding areas so ideal and really good value
Trying to get there is an absolute nightmare
comfortable bed, good size bathroom excellent shower
lack of suitable directional instruction to access the southbound services.
The staff could not do enough for us and were very friendly and helpful.
Pleasant staff, pleasant room. It meet expectations.
Clear directions for Southbound customers to get to the Northbound side are required. And eat before 8pm as on a Sunday night the only place open after that was the Costa.
The location. Finding out we could leave the Days Inn. Throught the back way onto a country road was useful for us to meet a friend without going miles around. Staff were very helpful.
Address of days in as both Tibshelf and Pilsley . Not enough information that it could only be accessed from the north bound motorway.
Room and Staff very good
Restaurant very limited selection-not used by many guests whilst we were there.
It is an excellent place for us to stay on our way to many dog shows in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The staff were very friendly, good size room and ultimately we all had a good nights sleep
Cleanliness was not as good as you would expect. When we filled the kettle with water from the tap the water came out with black bits in it so we weren't able to use it. The lock to one of the doors didn't work properly all the time, which made it difficult to get into the room. The bathroom towel rail didn't work, the light came on but it never got hot. Also the television was tiny
