A simple but well thought out bedroom and shower room
the heating controls were unresponsive
Had a very good stay here, room was excellent, beds at comfortable, staff were polite, nice secluded location although on a service station didn't hear anything all night
Room stank of cigarette smoke!
Convenient location. Very clean bathroom & bedroom. Polite staff.
The bed was so uncomfortable! I didn't realise that hotels still used such poor quality beds. Creaking springs. Lumpy mattress - dreadful! Previous week spent a night in Premier Inn. Oh what a difference! Days Inn, you need to reassess & quickly.
It's clean and convenient.
Price and convenience
Location on the M25 was a bit bazaar but not a real problem!
I hadn't stayed at this hotel before and mistakenly paid £25 for overnight parking. Even though the receptionist was about to finish her shift and the car park management was not affiliated to the hotel, she took the trouble to find the parking attendant and organised a full refund for me. Excellent customer care!
Access off the M25 is the only negative. If the motorway is up the creek then so are you.
convenient, good rate for Sunday night. Product good
Mattress, needs new, feel springs all over.
Ok location in the Cobham Services , decent room a bit basic but fine for an overnight
all food is served in the general services area .
value for money clean and well appointed
bed too hard location map for the hotel not able to be viewed in detail from your webpage- nor details about meals only being available in the food hall adjacent
i love the bathroom and the comfortn of the bed
Unexpected quietness. Landscaped Garden Pet friendly
poor location, poor dining facilities and choice, bed shocking
Friendly, polite staff. My request was honoured, and I was able to arrange a later check out. Considering the proximity to the M25, there was no noise in my room, which was fantastic.
Clean and comfortable, good value for money. Unlike some travel hotels, it was very quiet with very little noise from neighbours or outside.
Nothing springs to mind, would recommend to anyone who needs an overnight stop in the area.
Had a great 2 days stay will stay here again good prices staff friendly
Nothing to complain about
The front desk staff were super!
The noisy air freshener in the toilet coupled with the constant noise from the fire doors in the hall made sleeping difficult.
It's location ideal for travelling. Very clean Helpful staff Surprisingly quiet
Breakfast in the service station was not so good.
Not much to be fair.
Bed, shower, towels, comfort.
The staff and rooms were fantastic. Co-located with Starbucks and other facilities for a variety of service. Excellent hotel.
The location on the Motorway was challenging depending on traffic.
Position just off the Motorway. Lots of cafes and shops and easy parking
Convenient location if you are traveling past there.
It's expensive for what is essentially a roadside motel. I'd stay there again though.
the price plus checking out later at no extra charge plus lots of coffee and tea in room
