    The fact that I could have my dog stay with me and also he could come into the bar. We had a lovely stay and will definitely book a Days Inn again

    It was clean, quiet (in spite of being in the middle of a motorway service area) and comfortable. Free high quality Wi-Fi. There was free parking and, for my purposes, it was conveniently situated.

    The hotel had no independent services apart from the (fairly basic) bar. You are basically on an island and obliged to obtain all your meals from the motorway service standard franchises; this includes breakfast.

    Friendly staff, hygienic soap dispenser, nice rounded washbasin, leaves less residues. Nice ceramic flooring in bathroom and nice mirror.

    Double bed quit small for 2 adults and mattress very springy. Mattress spring coils not of the best quality. Extra spring coils recommendable. Breakfast area very noisy.

    Friendly Reception staff, good size bedroom, plenty of complementary tea/coffee, still looks new. Quiet considering location off M25.

    It had ac. Many hotels like this in UK won't let you open a window more than a crack and don't have ac..disaster. Very convenient for Starbucks!

    Room and staff were good, pleasant and helpful staff. Quiet room which was surprising considering being on side of motorway.

    Breakfast is served in the motorway services area and sadly that showed in quality.

    Very impressed with hotel, staff exceptional, rooms very comfortable and immaculate.

    Would have like a phone in the room to be able to contact reception if needed as travelling alone with my child.

    location, and facilities - adjacent to an EXTRA where you can get all kinds of food and drink etc. also has a small lake out back which is very pleasant to sit by, never guess you were on the M25!!!!

    A bar is advertised but is never open!

    New hotel on a motorway service area, making it easy to find and get to from M25. Food court next to hotel provided many choices to suit all. Comfy bedroom and clean bathroom.

    We chose this hotel because it was close to cobham, less than half a mile from a family party, but you can only access it off the M25 and taxis for that short distance were £15 each way. Should have built a local service rd into cobham!

    All the shops next door. Large areas uncrowded. The bar. The lake. Very quiet, clean room. Friendly staff 24hr. Large room. All very new.

    Clean room with free parking & wifi. Great air conditioning.

    I booked a smoking room and when I arrived was told there was none left and must have been an error on the booking. It was the only reason I booked this hotel.

    Location has no charm, the hotel (rooms and reception hall) is not homey. There is no possibility to have a cultivated meal, only fast food in the center nearby. Altogether no place to feel comfortable.

    Booking .com did not get my booking correct , the staff at days inn had to rearrange my room because of the wrong information given to them. They were so helpful
