Hotel very impressive for the cost. Despite it's proximity to the motorway, it was very quiet. Good facilities at the services including Waitrose & Costa.

The receptionist could have given us more information on places to eat she did not have a clue

more duvets please.

Accommodated my request for two rooms together. Value for money.

Sofa beds weren't made up in the family rooms and had to request 1 set of pillows and 2 duvets as these were missing.

Excellent helpful staff. Very clean. Warm. Good shower. Clean towels. Good breakfast and children's breakfast offer.

The hotel was not on the side of the motorway that I expected. We had to travel to the next junction and turn around. In the morning It was a nuisance to have to drive many miles back up the motorway particularly when there was an option to drive from one side of the site to the other and access the motorway. The bollards were up preventing me from accessing the motorway. This added time onto my trip. As a customer who had stayed overnight this service would have been much appreciated.

Very clean, modern, tea and coffee in rooms.

Sat nav given took us to wrong side of motorway. Arrived late and tired and wasn't impressed to find we had to travel further.

Friendly staff!

On number of occasions there was people talking loud in the corridor in the middle of the night waking me up. I do understand this is not a 5 star Hotel, but still the comfort for the people staying there should be respected.

bit out of the city and right on the M6 so lots of lorries and buses all night

driving around services looking for hotel. Asked for directions after 10 mins of failing to find hotel. Ended up running into same person down the road who agreed to show us after which we drove him home. No direction signs complained at hotel response yes they have been nicked.

I appreciate that it was close to the highway. Though we had the dog with it was cleaning every day, even vacuuming. I'm not spoiled with it when the dog comes with me.

There was no real address to the hotel. Not easy when you come from another country to know that the address was the the exit of the M6 motorway. GPS coordinates did not match, showed that the hotel was on the coast ... Took three hours extra to find the hotel.

Dog friendly, close to NEC, near to shops/restaurants.

There was a very very strong smell of cigarette smoke when I arrived in the room. The people in the room next door on my first night were up and making noise at 0400 hours - I could hear them loudly through the "connecting" door.

Beds were very hard.

Walk-in shower facilities were good. Room cleanliness was first class. Tea/coffee facilities good. Front of hotel parking fair. Reception staff above reproach and very friendly.

Noise levels from other rooms were very high due in part to the inter-connecting doors between rooms.Television set far too small for size of room.

I like the fact that you accept dogs in your hotels Room very nice and comfortable

Don´t have a lift, and it´s in th opposite side of M6 (the GPS situated it north-south way, and it´s south-north direction)

The 15 minute queue at checkin, no ironing board in room which was very very very inconvenient.

The hotel was really well priced, clean and the staff were excellent.

I cannot fault the hotel or its staff.

The room was clean and airey, the shower was really good with lots of hot water.

Had not realised when i booked the hotel that it was actually at a service station, thought it was just at a junction so we had to keep going up to the next turn off, turn around and go back past the services to get back to the part of Coventry we were visting. (Tenpin Bowling tournament at Junction 2.)
