Good base for exploring the Midlands. Friendly staff and comfortable well equipt rooms.
Bed was soft and warm. Bathroom was clean and a great power shower.
Good facilities well laid out
Bed a bit soft
Room clean, good Wifi and this time acually had an ashtray in the room.
Door chain was broken, I am a member of Wyndam Rewards, but still have to tell them every time I stay to get the free water etc.
Absolutly what we needed Loved the showers
The spaciousness of the room and the colour and that it was close to reception. AND THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT !!
it was a disabled room and the bathroom's wash basin was to small. The TV's picture kept freeezing so could only have the Radio on. and the room backed onto the Truckstop where i was disturbed by the sound of the truck's refrigeration units
Booked executive room, came with no welcome pack, no mini fridge and no ironing facilities not what I was hoping for, very disappointed
Great little hotel, very clean and tidy.
Sat nav takes you to the wrong side of the motorway!
All of it.. I've booked to stay again.
Place is spotless.
Clean Location Baby and dog friendly Great shower
Adjoining room was noisy but that was the first time in a few visits that we heard a peep from anyone!
The comfort of the bed and the location in relation to the NEC. The staff were very helpful & friendly.
The 'accessible' room was not what I am used to-the sink is useless and there is no charging point for a shaver or tooth brush. Considering the cost of the room I find that unacceptable. I certainly won't accept one again. I would have preferred to have been told on booking what an accessible room was!
Cleanliness, comfortable bed, easy to find off the motorway.
Broken shower. Very noisy where we were on the ground floor with other guests shouting at 2.30am & slamming doors. Nothing was done by staff to stop this from going on outside our door in the communal areas.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfy - worth the money.
We were in room 14 which was right next to two staff doors marked 'private', these doors were banged all throughout the night. Also a man (maybe staff?) was stood outside coughing for a good half an hour at around 3:30am in the morning. Also the maid did not knock the door and walked in at half nine in the morning, although check out was at 11am? Not quite sure why they would come into the room, does the hotel not have a plan of which rooms still have guests in?
Do not have the breakfast as recommended by Days Inn from the motorway service station, we paid £7.00 each and I am a veggy 16 stone security guard, i got 2 eggs, 2 hash browns, half a mushroom and about 20 beans..this has to be the most insulting excuse for a "breakfast" i have ever witnessed. It took longer to walk to my table than to eat it!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!! Welcome break was the services M6 east bound by the NEC...AVOID AVOID AVOID.
hotel was ideal as we were on a 1 day course at a nearby hotel which was fully booked as were most of the other hotels.this hotel was excellent value for money
The staff were extremely friendly in helping with flight boarding passes / additional bedding and towels whenever they were needed. Having the services shops next door was extremely helpful and being close to the Ricoh arena makes it perfect for events there.
Very friendly staff Motorway services onsite
Traffic getting to and from it
The shower facility was the best I've ever come across.
The room doors do not close quietly. They bang, which can be very disturbing to guests trying to sleep.
Staff were helpful and friendly
Given a smoking room even though we had booked months in advance and hadnt requested one. The room stank. Family room wasnt made up when we got there either.
Especially the bathroom as it's modern and clean, lovely shower... also nice easy route to the NEC.
Some of the staff could be a bit friendlier ;-)
Clean, comfortable and good selection of food in service station next door.
They use to supply hot chocolate sachets, but now don't?
location close to venue friendly staff Great amenities
Friendly staff and good room.
Handy for my visit to the NEC nice clean room would use again for my visit to the NEC
wash basin in bathroom way to small and very low , was given a disabled bathroom, but was ok for me as I was only staying over night
