Excellent services with a very clean, modern room. Good continental breakfast. Overall, excellent value for money - would definitely reccomend it. Also, easy access to the NEC. Nothing - we were very impressed at the high standard for such a low cost compared to other hotels in this category. |

Room well appointed for the price. Bed very comfortable. Excellant toilet facilities. Did not try the wi fi facility. Unless you eat elsewhere before going to the Hotel, there is only the motorway service area to eat. |

Ease of the hote, very clean and close to the Ricoh Arena where I was attending the seminar. No lift, but most of all no free wireless. |

the relaxing atmoshere, impressed with the facilities that were available if you had forgotten toiletries etc, the comfort of the room was fantastic and the shower was great if i really had to find fault it would only be that there was no shelf or hook in the shower for my own shower gel and shampoo |

The hotel is very clean. I particularly like the walk in shower, plenty of room, powerful and very easy to control. |

I enjoyed the large open plan shower and clean bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The TV facilities were great! Not enough tea bags / milk in the room. |

We were really surprised by the very high standard of the hotel. The bathroom was very nice and the room excellent. Very good value for money. Helpful and friendly staff!!!!! There was a funny smell in the hallway and no elevator so we had to carry our heavy suitcases one floor. However, we thought it was a perfect stay for sleeping. |

Very clean, comfortable and suprisingly luxurious if you count the en suite. One of the receptionists was totally unhelpful and the three that were on togethjer had no communication skills. We were all going to a concert and there were about 20 people all wanting to go to the same place. Surley they could have coordinated the taxis for us! |
