All of it
We loved the lovely shower, because the seat in the shower was great for us, being an elderly couple, in fact we have never seen a seating like this one and certainly not in any travel lodges before. When we come again to Peterborough to visit relatives we most certainly will endeavor to book again with you . Brian and Jean Parker. Padstow. Cornwall.
Bed uncomfortable, springs were felt.
The way we were treated upon arrival
The matress wasn't very comfty
Great value for money.
Very poor wifi using BTOpenzone.
We were at the Burghley Horse Trials for four days so it wasn't about the hotel or Peterborough but the trip to Stamford. The 'bar' was a fridge behind reception, the 'lounge' a couple of chairs and a TV. No food (unless you count the slightly odd breakfast - goodness knows where you ate it!!) They put the room rate up for Burghley Event which I suppose is par for the course around there. TV and wifi worked well.
Although the bathroom was an OK size the water pressure was abysmal!! Had to move in and out of the pathetic water stream.
Dogs in neighbouring rooms barking during the early hours !! Shame
Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and freindly. Location is by the bust A1 with services nearby. Good nights sleep even with motorway nearby.
Close to A1 motorway. However didn't hear road noise at night.
size of room, bed, wifi,
needs refurbishing. carpets threadbare. my room(115)as one goes into the bathroom the floor makes an awful noise waking up the other person.
Although it was on a busy road, it was very quiet, and the the room was spotless, would recommend
The hotel was what I expected it to be, a good standard all round, perfect for business travel, Thank You
Nothing, the hotel was exactly as I expected.
the availability of the surrounding shopping area
there was no chemist shop.
value for money. Comfortable room.
Cleanliness in shower was not as good as it should have been
Stayed before nice to have a night away.
Convenient location and fairly quiet. Good sized room with a decent bed and a great shower. Perfect for a short stay. Close to the other services.
Breakfast - really NOT worth the money. Toaster was lousy, bread was unpleasant, 'Hot Water' wasn't hot. Would take my breakfast in McDonalds or Costa next time.
Easy to the A1 and good faciliities.
Room a bit shabby with torn curtains and worn chair.
hotel was fine, even though there was a empty bottle of asti on the floor behind the curtain ...
the breakfast id booked extra , was cold the the tea tasted of lime scale all in all wasnt very good at all...
Excellent sized attractive clean room with full Freeview TV
Very very limited main meal options
Pleasant and clean -staff helpfull
Only services nearby so a bit limited for things to do more ideal for business travelling and just needing a stop over
clean and adequate for our needs
broken bed and torn curtains
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
Tiny bathroom, thin towels and no working air conditioning. Cleanliness not too good.
Friendly and helpful reception. Warm and spacious room and very comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with a heated towel rail and efficient shower.
Location, next to services so don't need to get into the car to find someplace to eat. Staff was very nice.
It would have been nice to know that the baby cots don't come with linens. If I knew that, I would have brought my sheets from home. We ended up using the extra towel from the hotel to cover up the hard pad in the cot and my daughter's extra blankie. Also, the bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep because all we felt were the springs in the bed every time we turned. It is a busy area but that is expected being next to the services.
That a smoking room was available
Paid extra to have a late check out, but reception still phoned the room and we had to say,
location for onward travel was the main point for us staying at days inn
bed was way to hard hotel needs some tlc
