Blue Badge parking and easy access (had room 101). Friendly staff, 2 chairs in room, easy access to Service area shops etc. Wifi easy to connect.

Lady on reception when we arrived, told us where everything was without prompting

I accidentally touched a towel rail and ended up with a second degree burn on my arm!I Did not report to the reception as was in hurry. I am still suffering from it a week later, and it will take a few months to heal, but the scar will stay for life now.

I liked all of the above mentioned. What I didn't like was bring charged for a night that I didn't stay, I know it was a mistake on my wife's behalf getting the wrong dates but I shudnt have been charged !!

As I mentioned above being charged for a night I didn't stay due a mix up of the dates my wife got wrong. The dining facilities could have more adequate for the price charged for a bowl of cornflakes and an apple and glass of orange juice.

Easy on-line booking via Booking.com Central, very easily accessable. Good parking. Convenient facilities at the services.

Check-in process - receptionist tried to charge mer more than the rate provided by Booking.com. Phoned a superior and conatantly refered to me as "she" (as opposed to "the cusstomer" - initially wouldn't agree that I'd secured the rate I had. The place is becoming a little 'tired' and could use a decor update. Handbasin and shower surround. Would benefit from a dedicated smokers area away from the doorway as the smokers stand really close to the door and one struggles to get past them without inhaling smoke.

Incredible value for money, both bath and hand towels for the whole party. Some chains now give one small towel per person.

Room size

Heating was on all night. Couldnt switch it off.I Got a really bad nights sleep and the manager didnt really care. I had a six hour drive home the next day and was not impressed. Atleast I could have been offered a discount or refund for future travel. Premier inn do it.

The rooms are nice and comfy.

I came down at 11:40pm to buy a drink at the reception and there was no staff member about. I called out but no reply (no drink) In the morning the shower worked for three mins then started to run out of water. It got so slow it looked like it was dripping.
