Only place with smoking room great
I liked the bed several times. I liked the shower room 3 times at least The whole purpose was to remove any reluctance in activity that my lady friend might have. It worked she was jumping all over me all night. We will be booking again
She did snore a bit when she collapsed fulfilled. In the morning she had already dressed so there was no morning fun.
A nice clean comfortable room, ideal for an overnight stay. Good access to the services. Appreciated the decaf coffee that was supplied.
The lady behind the desk was plesent, but when I tried to call from my room there was no answer (even though she said it was manned 24/7)
There was a half used beer can and half a bottle of used water on the bedside table. We noticed toenails on the carpet, and it overall did not meet any standard of satisfaction. The door to the shower room was broken and at one point I was locked in for 10 minutes. We woke up at 5am and left as soon as we woke.
Initially we did not find the mattress on our bed at all comfortable but after speaking to reception the mattress was quickly changed!
ALL WAS FINE
comfy bed friendly staff clean room great stay!
Two dogs taken at a very resonable and sensible price. Large enclosed landscaped area to rear to exercise them. Perfect.
Not much really for the price. One had to go next door for a breakfast (Sorriso Romford Ltd). It was OK, but staff were a bit iffy and not very slick / confident. Seem to take too long to put an English Brekfast togeather and they were not that busy on the mornings / time I was there.
didn't like anythink
the room was a mess all marks on the wall the bed was like laying on the floor loads off deads moffs all in the light next to the bed will not be staying again !!!!!
We were charged by booking .com extra for a bathroom but fiund out all rooms had bathrooms.
Pair of someones old socks and pants in the wardrobe
Bed comfortable and clean Room and bathroom clean Eating area accessibility good
Location is close to my home town and has ease of access to friends and relatives
the room was to hot and the air con wasn't cooling it enough
Ideal location for where we happened to be working, good meal selection next door, clean, polite staff
Our room was very noisy with inconsiderate people in other rooms with doors banging, loud voices etc quite a firm mattress but bumpy/lumpy so with my partners back problems he was in pain by the morning and then suffered throughout the day!
Bed worn out
Room was on the ground floor.
We only had access to a shower which isn't ideal for a baby. We also had problems accessing the free Wifi despite being told there was no password needed. The mattress on the double bed in the room was very uncomfortable so we therefore had a bad nights sleep. On check out we weren't asked if we had enjoyed our stay or whether we experienced any problems.
Staff were the best thing about here! Plenty of eating places attached to hotel Newsagents and M & S Food store Field next door with Pheasants, rabbits, Jays and numerous wild life to watch, a pond that attracted different birds, great! .T.V. was good but light switches were behind pillows so had to get out of bed move pillows and put off lights then in dark try to get pillows back in place. Have stayed in other Days Inn's and love them but feel this one needs a big update.
Asked for ground floor oom if no lift as husband disabled and has difficulty climbing stairs. We were put on 1st floor so we had problems as hotel fully booked and hadn't been advised by agency of problem. Reception staff helped us take luggage to room. The beds were most uncomfortable so not much sleep for 2 nights.Bathroom the most peculiar I have ever been in, Shower and toilet in one room but the wash basin is in the bedroom so when you have been to loo you have to come out side to wash your hands and no privacy for strip wash. Window catch was broken and light over bed was loose|
It had everything one needed for a comfortable stay.
No hot water for one night as their boiler had broken down. However, this sort of thing happens occasionally and was put right as soon as they could.
Room - spacious, v. clean, 2 comfortable chairs, tea making facilities. Breakfast - Continental excellent choice of items. v.g. value for money
Fire alarm went off constantly on Saturday evening for no apparent reason. Sunday morning came and there was no hot water so had to leave without the showers we would have expected.
Good location and close to eatery next door
Not having a door to close off wash basin area, aera not private enough. Not realizing not enough milk for tea for the evening, before bed and in the morning
I've stayed in much worse Days Inns
Super cheap bed
Free WiFi and spacious room
Creaking floor boards
friendly helpfull staff
Not only was the accommodation excellent and good value for money, it is very much appreciated that they have smokers rooms and we are not made to feel that we are lepers.
