Price , it was almost half the cost of other budget hotels but it didn't lack any of the standards
Receptionist was very friendly and polite.
bathroom needs updating
Location easy to find, good facilities in the room. Good breakfast at reasonable price
All Ok thanks
The location is good, being on the M5
The room was stiflingly hot The room smelled fusty and mouldy The noise of traffic was irritating (it is a roadside motel so I should have known) The guy in the next room was on the phone unit midnight...I heard almost every word! The bed was lumpy, uncomfortable and the pillows were truly awful
Fantastic Chap on reception. Really friendly and helpful
Broken drainpipe outside window so lisned to constant running water all night.
We expected a few pull out beds or sofas for the amount that we paid, but the annexe room was a very welcome surprise. We were also provided with a travel cot, free of charge, delivered to our room and put up for us free of charge. Very impressed! Despite the location, we would choose this again for a leisure visit to this area.
A loud, generator type noise made it hard to sleep.
Convenient place, good price, very pleasant and helpful staff
Room was in dire need of upgrade, still had that ingrained odour that shows it used to be a smoking room. Decor and bathroom facilities very out of date.
easy access from motorway.
had no sleep due to bed being uncomfortable. went to tell them in the morning but no staff around.
The room was generally good
The lack of reasonable eating options. There was a grubby cover to the sofa
Convenient location, value for money
If you are travelling north on the M5 you have to leave your care in a deserted car park and walk across a long footbridge with your luggage to the other side of the motorway.
Location was good. Stayed 3 nights visiting family in the area.costa, mcd's and whsmiths right next door.. Shower was good and always hot.. Booked a family room but no bedding + towels for 3..Friendly guy on reception quickly sorted it out :) cleaned every day :)
Beds not very comfy... People letting there door slam early in the morning :(
Comfy room and lovely staff!
The rooms could do with a good clean I.e - cobwebs and dust Truck drivers were 'hanging around' a lot of the time in the reception area, and outside our room, slamming the doors, myself being a young girl coming back from dropping my boyfriend off at work early hours of the morning and coming in and out of hotel various other times of the day can be quite intimidating.
large number of non english speaking individauls very noisy in room next door.lots of drinking.will have an impact on future use if situation continues.
We booked the Days Inn for an overnight stop off en route to Devon from Nottinghamshire. We weren't expecting much, more likely, we were expecting the the worse, but just wanted somewhere half decent to rest up before taking to the road again the following morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find a clean spacious room with all necessary amenities we needed for a comfortable, restful nights sleep. Great bed, and bathroom with bath and shower. Nice and warm too!
Smell of cheap disinfectant as wecwslked into the corridor.rooms very clean but the vplace needs very much updating. Very basic
Easy parking and close to shops
When using your postcode in the sat nav it takes you to the back gate.
Very clean, spacious and warm. Welcomed at reception well.
Two doors near my room that inconsiderate guests left to slam early in the morning, 5.45. I appreciate they were Fire doors but surely something can be done to lesson the noise. Even a note on them to encourage guests to be considerate.
The temperature of the room was nice and warm.
The Receptionist was excellent and welcoming.
The rooms were warm, clean, the hotel convenient to the motorway and the staff welcoming.
The bed was lovely!
Not enough coffee sachets!
We feel that the money we paid was great value. 24 hour restaurant and facilities close by came in very handy.
Shower power great. Heating very warm during bitterly cold night and day. Voucher good idea. Room clean and plenty of space just a bit shabby due to wear and tear.
Not being able to book in before 3pm and when arranging booking no one on reception to confirm booking or give further details ie can we bring dog with us? Had to make couple of calls to you to get ansa, very frustrating. £10 extra for dog too much
Dispenser in shower loose and no liquid in it.
Very infrequent wifi
