The room was lovely, really modern and fresh On booking in at reception we were greeted by a man in a filthy suit, not the best first impression. The view left a lot to be desired, it looked like an abandoned building site. |

The ease of check in; the ease of finding the hotel; the cleanliness; the decor; the modernity; the plasma TV was very well placed and the selection of channels good. No bath - was desperate to soak in a bath - this was not made clear when booking - however, we didn't ask! That beakfast, if required, was in a separate building. |

Brand new, great design features, excellent soundproofing, superior comfort and cleanliness. Speed of check in & check out could be improved, although I believe they are waiting for a system upgrade. |

The comfort, the ease of getting to and from the hotel, the HDTV and the nearby facilities could not be bettered The shower was a disaster, spraying into the hall. The staff could not get a VAT receipt from the computer. The google directions were wrong. |

The rooms were lovely and comfortable and of quite a good size, I booked for 3 members of my family, and another 6 members booked on our recommendation. there were 11 of us in total staying there and everyone liked the hotel and highly recommend it. It might have been nice to have had a bar and bar snacks as the hotel is a bit isolated. |

Everything was so clean, and it was nice and quiet. Will stay there again will take my own toilet paper and shampoo/cond. Toilet paper was the worst paper I have ever had in an hotel, room was to warm in the night, felt they should have had shampoo and conditioner instead of the wall mounted things they had, it was the first time I never bothered to take mine away with me as only staying away for 1 night. |

room was quiet and big for the 4 of us and bathroom was convenient we did not like the car park shared with the other facilities , as it was overcrowded and jamed ; the breakfast concept in a bag to be taken in the reception hall is not exactly was we were expecting with my family |

They need to get the correct postcode, the one given took us to the wrong hotel. Your staff should tell customers it is in the services at junction 46 on the A1M, very easy. |

Attractive, modern decor; convenient location Would prefer a proper breakfast, did not like the breakfast in a bag (too many drinks and sweet things), would prefer cereals etc |

Not far from York, easy to get to. It has good access to shops next door. The breakfast wasn't cooked, but was quite good and we had most of it for morning tea. Fold out bed wasn't the most comfortable, but fine for one night. Probably not as suitable for a longer stay with kids, but quite good for a weekend. |
