The bathroom was lovely, and it was great being able to have the dog in my room.

The room was north facing and so was quite dark

Contemporary style, attractive rooms with wet rooms. Great location. Quiet. Pleasant staff.

Folding bed set up for us but needed a vacuum underneath and there was a dog toy to be removed.

Accessibility

Cold bedroom and bathroom. By the time the room had heated up we were ready to go out again which of course turned off the electric heating panel.

Everything was fine although breakfast was a little chaotic due to two coach parties

Very good location - very comfortable bed and luxury wetroom

All staff were very professional and courteous. Room was very clean and plenty of space for myself, my husband and 2 children. Continental breakfast very nice.

Nothing else to do in the area with it being on the services. Could maybe have a kids corner for families. That's just my opinion though as my children were little bit bored but I suppose it depends on how many families stay at this hotel.

The room was clean tidy and more modern than I was expecting. Shower was amazing, so unusal for a hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble would stay again when in the area

Was a bit worried when i realised the hotel was next to service station but was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic new rooms, friendly service and handy location for wetherby. Food and drinks can be bought from the convenient m&s, costa coffee and cafe just in front of the hotel. We saw Viv from Emmerdale at the hotel - if its good enough for her its good!!

Clean, modern motel. Quick, easy check-in & check-out. Quiet. Plenty of free parking. Free WiFi and several power outlets in the room.

Outward opening door on bathroom was a bit of a pain and the bathroom floor gets very wet from the wetroom style shower. But these are minor issues.
